The house and guest house were very clean and the view of the lake was perfect. We enjoyed fishing from the boat dock and the boat ramp was in a great location to the property. Communication was excellent. Great stay! We'll be back.

The view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on porch and watching the water. The oven was the only issue we had. The temperature was off and on and couldn’t finish cooking the food.

We had a great time. House was clean and well stocked. Stairs to dock was steeper than expecting but views were awesome. Thank you and would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay loved that my parents had their own guest house, ample parking for boat trailers.

Inside:It is an older trailer that smells like an old trailer. The leaking outside faucet that ran under the trailer probably contributed to the musty smell. Some of the lights and plugs did not work.Outside: 84 steep stairs to the water (I counted every time).A nice dock to sit on if you pack in your own chairs. If you bring a cooler, you might need a sherpa. The dock is unusable for docking a boat. No cleats, and the dock was too high for fenders. It is also on the main lake and susceptible to bigger waves, especially with increased boat traffic or high winds. Steps are also rotting and in need of repair. Pictures included for all.The Good side:Nice view if you want to sit on the porch in the rocking chairs. The cabin is also nicer than the mail trailer.

It was good! Hated that there were so many stairs down to the water. And the grass needed to be cut. Overall we had a good stay!

It was a nice stay other then the listing said no pets but the place was full of pet hair and the rug in living room smelled like pet urine, the tv and wifi didnt work in the guest house and only one key for both houses other then that our stay was wonderful.

When we arrived the house was not cleaned. We got ahold of Jacob and he was able to have someone come and clean the house that evening. Overall our stay was great. Will definitely be staying again when we come back!

We spent 4 days and 3 nights here with a party of 8. The yard is big so there is plenty of room for parking. The house is a good size and the outdoor screen room/decks were nice! The view was very nice as well! The guest house is cute and the perfect size for a couple or a family with a small child. Overall we had a great time but I do have a few recommendations: 1. Upon entrance the door was jammed and we had issues getting it open and closed so we used the side entrance the entire time. 2. You could tell the house had been closed up but febreeze helped immediately. So some kind of humidifier or something like that would work great. 3. There were no sheets to be found for the pull-out couch in the livingroom so adding those would be nice for future guests. 4. There was very limited towels. I believe there was 6 towels in the main house and then 3 towels in the guest house. A few extra towels would have been much appreciated. 5. The bed in the guest house is in dire need of being changed! This is hoenstly the only bad thing I can say about the place but it was tolerable. 6. The top light to go down to the dock would not work and there are no lights in the yard to help with visibility. However, there is a light that is halfway down the steps that did work. 7. Be aware that there are 83 steps down to the dock and 83 steps back up! Overall the place was nice but it could use some updating and a few more things to have made the stay more accommodating..

The location of the property is perfect, it's about 15 minutes from everything in Eufaula and has tons of space to enjoy the scenery and play yard games.

My family and I enjoyed our stay while we fished Lake Eufaula. The grass was tall when we got there Friday night but it was cut by the time we came back Saturday night, we were thankful for that. The dining area and living room area in the main house fit all of us perfectly. The little side house fit the family of 4 perfectly. The walk down and up to the dock is quite exhausting but we all did it many times. As per the other reviews it did have a shut up kind of musty smell to it. We sprayed air freshener to make it better. Overall we would definitely stay there again if we had the chance.
