Abbeville, Alabama
Welcome to Paradise Point! Located on the main part of the lake by White Oak Creek, with some of the best views! This property is great for fisherman and golfers alike as the golf course is less than 10 minutes away. Bring your family and enjoy the views on the wrap around porch overlooking Lake Eufaula! What makes this property so unique is that not only do you have access to the main house but you also have access to the guest house as well as an RV Hookup. Paradise Point is located less than 5 minutes from the nearest boat ramp and 15 minutes to Eufaula. This property has a BRAND NEW BOAT DOCK! You will have access to tie your boat up along the dock however you won't have access to the slip.
The house and guest house were very clean and the view of the lake was perfect. We enjoyed fishing from the boat dock and the boat ramp was in a great location to the property. Communication was excellent. Great stay! We'll be back.
The view was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on porch and watching the water. The oven was the only issue we had. The temperature was off and on and couldn’t finish cooking the food.
Great place to stay and plenty of parking.
I told the owner we were coming to fish; I saw the pictures of the nice dock. When we get there, we go to the dock to fish and the dock is infested with Spiders to the point the next Morning we went and got sprays to kill them 4 cans now and the spider's situation continued to get worse, so we packed up and left and went down to lake point to rent a pontoon to fish that cost us another 300 dollars
Over all ok really needs some updating furniture in living room 1970. Has a old closed up smell. Had to burn candles. Need to hook up ice maker. You have to go buy ice. The living room part is very hot. Part built on and air does not work properly. But over all I would go back again.
Overall the property was beautiful and the host was very kind.
We were pleased with our accommodations, especially for 8 grown men. The property is well maintained and the dock is nice, but there are 84 steps down to the dock which was difficult for older members. The house is roomy and the bathrooms are quite large. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere, but it was more than fine for 8 guys there to fish. We will go back but not in July or August. The fish were scarce and it's very hot as expected. Water temps exceeded 90 degrees!
Our family really enjoyed the stay at Paradise Point. Plenty of room to accommodate us all. Grandkids didn’t want to leave. We caught fish, enjoyed tubing and wake boarding and just relaxing. Thanks for the enjoyable time. Hope to use it again.
Celebrating 3 birthdays on the lake, it was wonderful ! Houses need to be cleaned Ana sheets and mattress changed out but other than that it was great.
Beautiful location on the water…. Can’t beat that. The house leaves some to be desired, but it will work well for certain visitors and for certain uses. We had two families staying. One family enjoyed, but the other family has mildew/mold sensitivity and felt the smell of the place indicated mold or mildew and might so long term damage so ended up spending $700 for nearby hotel for sleeping, and just hung out with family on screened in porch during the visits. It’s a decently priced lake house where you can tell it was likely a mobile home with a converted porch and an added-on master & bath… different floor heights, low ceilings, uneven floors, feels pretty old. But for the price, and as long as you don’t have specific issues with mildew smells, it’s a good choice for many. I appreciate the communication of the manager, and check in was easy. Was stocked with many things we needed (although all the hand soaps were almost empty and we had to buy some). Also note that ice maker doesn’t work, so bring your own.
Needed a few updates to the property and the steps to the boat docks was a little much
Great place to stay with 6 guys and six boats! Plenty of parking space was great and sleeping quarters were adequate. Kitchen is well stocked and roomy. Thanks for hosting us and I will use this place again the next time the tournament trail brings us to Lake Eufaula.
Alittle outdated, but good stay overall
Came for a bass tournament on the lake. Property was perfect. Centrally located, accomodations were very nice and there was ample parking for trucks and boats. Will definitely try and stay here again
The property needs a good cleaning, The dishes were dirty. Not many windows worked well. The under counter coffee pot is a safety hazard. And we had to go to the store right away for TP.
OUTSTANDING will be staying there again. Jacob is a GREAT Host and responds to ANY QUETIONS SUPPER FAST. Highly Recommend his place for ALL. THANKS Jacob
Was over all nice just needs opened up more
The place was quite nice. It was large enough and the porch was amazing! We would stay again, but would request that the cleaning is a bit more detailed , more towels and ask that the lawn be cut before we stay and not the day we are there.
The stay was enjoyable. Location was great. Great food in both Abbeville and Eufaula, if you know what you are looking for.
House is a little outdated and could use some maintenance. Dock has about 10 flights of stairs and is very difficult to get on and off boat because dock is 6 foot about the water.
Had a great stay at Paradise Point! Our family had plenty of room, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The kids loved the dock and were able to swim and enjoy the lake. Steps were tough at times but doable. We will definitely be staying again!
We had a great time here to celebrate the life of a father and another fathers birthday. This had plenty of space for us and was well equipped. Including cable tv, Bose radio, large porch etc. My only draw back was the LONG STAIRS TO THE WATER. 96 to be exact. We had older people who could not go down there. And in the original pics of property it was not mentioned.
Tons of room for boats. Huge front yard. Had a great time at a great price
