Lake Cumberland Home w/ Deck + Water Access!

The house is in a great location, in a country setting, just about 5 miles from Conley Bottom with a nice deck and beautiful views of the sunset/peep views of lake. The bedrooms are are spacious and quiet. The owners are on site over the garage but did not see them.

We had three families within our family stay. Each little family had their own area to sleep, or get away in, with plenty of common areas too! The deck was amazing and the grill cooked to perfection! The area was quiet with zero traffic. We were away from it all, but close enough for grocery runs! The kitchen was plentifully stocked. Plenty of linens for ALL the showers too! Great communication with owners who were on vacation at the same time, but made sure we were prepared and happy with our stay! 10/10 Would Recommend!

The house was a bit disappointing. First, while apparently the owner had been working on the dishwasher, we were informed the day we were checking in that it was non functional. We were provided paper ware but I spent a considerable amount of time washing dishes on my trip (never good). We found a couple of little bugs in sheets the first night which then required that I strip beds and wash sheets. The dryer opens during the run randomly so I had to keep checking in order to get laundry dry. The lights in the vaulted ceilings blinked-we texted the owner to ask how to manage and never received a call back. There was little light and it was hard to see in the evening. There may actually be some wiring issues in the home. Overall I didn’t think the pictures represented the house well-much smaller than I imagined. It could also be cleaned better as there were lots of little dead bugs in the windows etc. On the positive side, the fire pit is awesome with a concrete slab to sit on vs grass. The couch in the living room is huge and in good shape so was comfortable for our family. The owner was pleasant when he met us upon arrival. Overall, I felt the house was a poor value relative to the cost given the details I mentioned above.

My husband and I, and a group of friends stayed at this property for a long weekend. The home was very accomdating for all of us. The property owners were very responsive and helpful. We had a great time! Also, the property was within miles of the marina, which was very convient for boating! Thanks again for sharing your property!

OMGosh! What an awesome place! It was a perfect hideaway for our adult family getaway. There’s a new HUGE sectional in the living room that was perfect for 6 adults. Each family had there own level with their own bathroom. The beds were comfy and pillows were awesome. The whole house has a hint of 90s retro which our family of 30 year olds loved. The location is great- super private, but 5 minutes to mill springs and 15 minutes to Conley Bottom Resort. (Which I highly suggest a pontoon rental) The deck was awesome but a little hot for us to sit out on. The host was awesome as well- they are on the property- which I’ll admit at first I thought was weird- but we didn’t even know they were there! Also super sweet they left us a fruit tray snack tray to welcome us. We will be back!

Located far enough out to be away from it all, but only 10 minutes to Conley Bottom - great if you're using the lake. The only thing that would've made it better would be if the trail to lake was open. For us, that's a must for a lake property, otherwise it would've been a 5 star rating. Host was accommodating and helpful. we had 11 guests and the place handled that easily. Filled the beds and used the provided air mattresses for the 3 teenage boys. There's also extra space in the second story loft where we could have used more air mattresses if we had more guests. Horse shoe pits outside were a nice extra. plenty of dining space inside and plenty of room on the deck outside. huge yard area in the front and the back.

Wonderful and relaxing stay. Everything you could possibly need and want on site.
