Over half an acre of tranquil, park-like grounds including a fenced-in yard, a private 44' heated pool, cabana & hot tub!

The Space:
Lake Chelan Farmhouse with private heated pool and hot tub. Please note: Private heated pool is only open May - October, weather depending. Hot tub is open all year.

Guest Access:
Keybox is located on the front entry door. You will be provided a code prior to check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Take a dip in the lake at Willow Point Park, just two-and-a-half miles from your front door. After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries. Enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in downtown Manson, just four miles east from the home. In Manson, you'll also find boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment at the Mill Bay Casino. Chelan is just 12 short miles away should you want to head into town.

Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.

Other Things to Note:
The seasonal pool is open approximately May through mid October, depending on weather. Due to popular demand, the hot tub has been relocated and is now in the pool area. Will upload new pics soon. Please note that this home is equipped with a Ring doorbell security camera that is pointed at the exterior entry walkway and driveway, along with Arlo security camera's that monitor the exterior of the home while the home is vacant. The home has Free WiFi and the Sofabed is located on the main floor living room area. Chelan County Permit STR 000500. No Parties, No Events, No Smoking. No pets. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Strict enforcement!

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No unauthorized guests. If discovered, a fee of $150 per person will be charged and host may cancel booking immediately and without refund. Any unnaproved late check out's will result in a $150 fee. Our cleaners have a full day and a set schedule in advance that needs to be respected.

VRBO and Direct Bookings: A 3% non refundable processing fee, or $150 plus tax, whichever is greater or at managers sole discretion will apply to all VRBO and Direct bookings, and will not be returned if the reservation is canceled at any time after booking.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Valley & View prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. To report accidental damage, please call the Valley & View Guest Services line.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions

The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $10,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $10,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by SafelyStay, Inc.

TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.     Amazing views of Lake Chelan from the house, decks, outdoor pool and hottub. House is spacious and updated. The heated outdoor pool was well maintained with a retractable cover. Minor drawbacks - central air conditioning struggled to keep house cool above basement level. Top floor got extremely hot in near 100 degree weather. There is an older portable air conditioner in the primary bedroom on the top floor which helped. Surprised to discover there was no hand or stand mixer in the house. Bought a whisk and left it for future guests.

    We are using this property annually, and it is awesome! It suits our week of vacation for us and elderly parents perfectly, pool, hot tub, view, quiet neighborhood, and 10 minutes to amenities. The home is well appointed, stocked appropriately and well, and full amenities you would have at home. The management is very responsive and gracious, prepared to fill any special requests we may have if possible or to address an issue. The home is clean, a bit older, but well kept and very comfortable. We are looking forward to next year.

    Gorgeous setting with large pool & hot tub, offset by deteriorating wood deck and outside stairs and railings that are loose & unsafe; slowly draining sinks in bathrooms; lower level toilet does not flush properly inspite of following posted directions. Swarming bees at main entrance & 2 in upstairs B/R suggest nest may be in siding. Pool maintenance 2x/week in afternoon (which we were not aware of in advance) renders pool unusable for 2 hours. Lawn maintenance @ 7:30AM provides earlier alarm/wake up call than desired. Well provided kitchen, attractive landscaping, spectacular view of Lake Chelan.

    The Chelan farmhouse was beautiful and comfortable for a family of 8. We had a family getaway here with ages ranging from 4 to 75, and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful views plus a pool for the kids. Great location for families who want to be farther away from the downtowns but close enough for a 10min drive downtown Manson or 5min to local wineries. Highly recommend for the next time we are back in Chelan area.

    We had a great time at the Farmhouse. The property was extremely clean, check in/out process was very hassle free. We woke up each morning having coffee overlooking the great views, enjoyed the hot tub, and we able to cook some great meals with the well stocked kitchen. We will be returning for sure!

    We had a terrific time at the house, which was great for all ranges of ages in our family (from 1 to 75). Pool was wonderful, deck was ideal for sitting and looking at either the lake or the stars. The owner Matt was very responsive to a couple of our requests. Fully equipped kitchen for making our meals, and very close to Manson for quick trips to town. We will definitely consider returning.

    My family just spent a great week at this home. The pictures don’t do it justice. You have views of the lake to the north and south. We found the kitchen well stocked. There is a Keurig machine and a good supply of pods as well as a coffee maker. You do need to bring your own coffee for the pot. There are also pool towels so you really don’t need to bring your own. There were prior complaints about the upstairs bedroom being too warm. There is a new portable air conditioner in the room (not the one shown in the pictures). Granted, we didn’t have 100 degree weather but if you turn on the air unit and shut the door it does cool down. The lower level is the coolest but there are plenty of warm blankets. We all loved the pool, especially the grandkids. It is a nice size. There are pool toys (noodles etc.). Keeping the cover on at night keeps the heat in and bugs out. The only negative is that the ice maker isn’t working so bring a bag. I would definitely stay at this house again.

    Our family had a great week at the Lake Chelan View Home. The check-in process was smooth; the property was exactly as billed; the view is unmatched; the private pool is a huge plus for the grands and the entire family. We had a minor issue upon arrival with the AC (the unit was apparently frozen over so the AC was not working, but Matt (host) was immediatley responsive and sent out a HVAC company to repair it and it kept up the rest of the week. We will definitely retrun.
