The home includes smart televisions, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped laundry room. Beach chairs and towels are provided for seaside adventures, and the property is pet-friendly with prior approval. Enjoy the spacious and private backyard equipped with a dining area and Weber grill, along with corn hole and table tennis. A pool fence, crib, and high chair are available upon request. Please note the following restrictions: no onsite parties or large gatherings, no photo or video shoots on the property, and no smoking allowed. The pet policy allows a maximum of two pets upon owner approval, with a $200 pet deposit and $200 fee per animal, and a maximum weight of 50 lbs per animal. To keep the pool and spa at desired temperatures, if utility usage results in costs exceeding the monthly $500 threshold, the additional amount will be deducted from the security deposit.
