Beautiful home, great location, every amenity. The game room was amazing, the views were stellar!!! We loved having family dinners and walking out on the beach to see the sunset. Thank you!

The house had plenty of room for our family of 9. Certain aspects were disappointing, the pool sticks were broken, a shower never had hot water and leaked, only having one key was a huge pain. The location is not ideal and I wouldn’t want to stay there again.The house itself had lots of room and the double dishwashers and garbage were very helpful. It’s decorated super cute.

House was great. Two things to pass along: More towels would be nice. I didn't count but we seemed to have less towels that the house slept. Also, the shower on the 3rd floor bathroom does not keep the water inside the shower. No matter what we tried water would be all in the floor after a shower.

Had a great beach vacation steps from the gulf. House was clean and well appointed with great family spaces- large game room, big living room, pool deck, and the 4th story tower area. Three AC units (one looked brand new) kept the home very comfortable. Pool table and foosball table were well maintained and in good shape. Could hook our music devices up to multiple Sonos zones all over the house. Huge flat screens with YouTube TV in the game room and living room. Large kitchen with plenty of cookware and seating for our large group. Deck (right next to kitchen) also had a large grill that was clean and worked well. Pool was clean and looked like it had brand new deck chairs. Laguna Beach area is terrific. Huge yet quiet beach that we could access from our own private walkover. Great water. Carousel supermarket had everything we needed just a mile away. Short walk to a fun Karaoke bar. Great weather and had a fun week in a very nice property. Will go back!

First time at Laguna Beach. House was awesome. Cooking stove was not working however, property manager(s) brought by a cooktop over/air fryer for us to use. Communication was excellent. When you text or emailed the property manager they would respond immediately. Beach chairs and other equipment is located in the game room closet and we left 3 new boogie boards there for the next guests. Walks on the beach were great and it is not as crowded as some places that we have been. 5 star rating is earned and not given

This property has it all. Beachfront with a private walkover, splash pool, and tons of deck space. Inside, there is a large, well-appointed chef’s kitchen with double sinks, double dishwashers, and three refrigerators. Great communal spaces, including a large game room with pool, foosball, and a wide screen TV. Also, Sonos sound throughout the house. This beautiful home had everything we needed (and more) for a great beach vacation.

House was very nice. Close to the beach. I would stay there again.

This is far and away the best stay we've had down at 30A, Laguna Beach, PCB! The accommodations were spectacular, house on the beach, with a pool, and amazing sunsets into the ocean! The house looks brand new, lives great, comfortable beds, great layout, game room, and the beach outside your back door; we could not have asked for more! Minutes from great restaurants, shopping, Rosemary, and amusement parks for non-beach activities (which was perfect for our one day off the beach). We have vacationed on the Gulf every year for the past 20 years, and this was hands down the best and most fun place we have ever stayed. The kids, 10 and 12, have already asked when we can go back! Book it!
