Overall really nice. Small problems. All but 2 solved. Downstairs was not cleaned at all. Head of service came and cleaned. She was not happy with her crew. Maintenance - young lady came an complete took dryer apart, left and didn’t come back

sink leaking underneath when water is on -Viking oven does not work -none of the ice makers does not work -wine cooler does not work -a few toilets broken or do not flush, husband had to fix master toilet -outlets on 2nd floor outside do not work -multiple doors do not latch shut and locks don't work -many outlets on bottom floor not working -garage door does not lock -most chairs outside on second floor are broken -light bulbs not in lamps, guests bought some -multiple tvs do not work -amenities in master bathroom do not work -few towels in the house

Property could use a little attention,. It could use new mattresses and outdoor furniture bad. The windows should be cleaned so the guests can enjoy the view (that is what you come to the beach for). All in all the Location, community, and pool was fabulous. It met our families needs and we enjoyed our stay greatly. FYI-The patio doors do not lock and one bedroom remote was not there upon arrival.

This home is very nice and was as shown online EXCEPT for the fact that the entire lower level had a HORRIBLE SMELL that made it miserable to even walk through to go to our cars!! They had even drilled holes in the walls and brought some spray to spray on the holes and “around” to combat the smell which would last about 30 minutes and DID NOT take the smell away completely! It would have been nice to know that 1/3 of the space we were counting on for our family was unable to be used! The gentlemen that brought the spray and took care of a couple other issues was VERY NICE and helpful and the property management group got him to the house promptly! Without this huge issue the house would’ve been perfect and we would have already booked for next year. We were so disappointed ☹️

Stunning beach side property, perfect for our annual all girls get-a-way. 14 friends (all over age forty, yikes) had the time of our lives at your beautiful home.

We loved everything about this house! The management group is exceptional! We will definitely reserve our spot again next year!

Our family stayed at this house first week of June. There were 8 adults and 5 children. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. There were 3 floors. Bottom floor my son and his family stayed. There were 2 sets of bunk beds and and a bedroom. Great for their family. They have 3 small children. Rest of us took rest of the bedrooms. This house is right on the beach with the pool right a cross the street. Best of both. House has a great patio or deck for sitting outside and enjoying why you came. The ocean. This gated community is very well kepted. Now for negative. This house is not cheap. There were 2 bbq pits and both were broken. As soon as we entered the house thru the bottom floor there was a smell. Musty smell or stale smoke smell. Small dehumidifier was in a closet but didn’t help with smell. Maintenance man said it would go away in a day or so. Never went away. Felt so bad for those staying down there. Some lights were burnt out. Mngmt said light bulbs on order. Can’t belueve no extras on hand. There is a ice maker in main kitchen that didn’t work. We were told by maintenance it would be fixed or replaced. Never was. With a family this big we were going for ice a lot. Some doors wouldn’t lock. Mngmt have their hands tied. They told me owner has to approve repairs and updates so shame on the owners. I realize not every place will be perfect but for $12,000 a week you should expect more. Too in renting this house you are at the very end of beach Blvd.

Recently returned from this house10/27/2010. This is a beautiful home. It has everything you need and want for a fabulous vacation. There were 11 of us and we all had ample space. The view from the house is beautiful. The beds comfy-everyone commented on the baths. The photos and listing don't do it justice. Clean and well maintained. Televisions in every room-cable and satellite. Basement gameroom is like a large apartment. Bunkbeds for little ones.Rental agent always nice and pleasant. Would highly recommend. Will not disappoint.
