Stayed Nov 1, 2019Had a wonderful month in this home in Laguna de la Paz. Close to Old Town and all shopping for much convenience. We had a lot of space and privacy yet close to a pool and equipped with all of our needs. I highly recommend this home for a vacationing family.

Stayed Mar 2, 2019My husband and I enjoyed a fun filled March in this beautiful home. The view of the mountains was exceptional and being 200 steps from a pool and hot tub was fantastic. The common area around the lake was beautiful for walks and we enjoyed the community paddle boats with two different sets of grandchildren. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms and common areas were comfortable for relaxing. The home is close to resorts and Old Town La Quinta for dinners or lunch. We also enjoyed hiking and golf with easy access. We hope to return next year. We enjoyed every minute.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The 3 bedroom house is spacious and well appointed with your day to day needs and is located in a beautiful setting next to the mountains in La Quinta. The subdivision is spacious with green space between each row of housing so that you look out into a little park that has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi a few hundred feet from the house. The area is dog friendly and walking around the neighborhood in the evening is wonderful as everyone is so friendly. There is a lake on the next block that is a beautiful walk and there are four excellent tennis courts at the clubhouse on the lake plus a small fitness center. The location is within a 5 minute drive of old town La Quinta and other nearby shopping areas, community events, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and excellent restaurants. Desert hikes are also close by and we did hikes in the desert every morning particularly since this was a sensational wild flower year. Life is good here!
