Stayed Oct 31, 2025The house was in a great location and was clean. The only complaint would be the nicks and gouges in some of the drywall but I understanding it is a rental!Would definitely rent here again and would recommend for families.

Stayed Sep 21, 2025We were really disappointed in our experience with this home. It is a beautiful home but it was not clean when we arrived. There were ants in the living room, two bedrooms had sheets with stains and hair on them, and the floor was visibly dirty. There was also a pungent smell throughout the home. We contacted the management company immediately and someone arrived the same day. He was apologetic for the condition of the house and did what he could do treat the ants and brought clean sheets the next day. The smell remained our entire stay. Because the house was clearly not prepared well for us, I asked for the Property Preparation Fee paid in advance to be refunded. The management company agreed to refund it, but only if I would sign an Indemnity Waiver, which absolved them of any responsibility and prevented me from leaving an honest review. I chose not to sign the form and have never heard back from the company regarding refunding the charge. The experience with this management company left a really bad impression, and I would caution anyone from renting from them. This is a beautiful home, but it is not being cared for well.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PCB. The house's location was just minutes from the beach and a short drive to grocery stores in either direction. We would definitely stay again.
