Lagoon Views | Steps to Gulf Access | Community Pool and Pier

It was a very nice property.There was a few ants in the kitchen and they had a new refrigerator delivered on the 1st full day.I was there, so I had to be in the house for a little while.For that which was a bummer. Overall the location was really great and it was pretty quiet being that close to the street. We would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed here for the Sand in My Boots festival. Gorgeous property with easy access to the beach and a short drive to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!

We have stayed here 3 times previous and this 4th was not best experience. We needed 3 codes through the first few days to get one that worked to be able to get in. Did not get an overnight number til later Sat. Took up to 6 times for code to work. Just kept spinning. After drivjng over 12 hours we wanted to get in. Finally someone came and oiled lock and then worked on loke to 3rd day. So getting in was an issue for the first couple days. There was much trash ..old food under sofa and food and dishes under one of bunk beds. Mold is very apparent in washing machine. And communication was iffy about issues. I could not access checkout and while i think I remember did not have a real list. I think we left in good shape. We will likely not be back even though generally speaking have loved this house. We have many great memories.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is great & having 2 fridges was really convenient for our large group. My only two criticisms is that we did not get our questions/comments about the property answered by the manager & the general cleanliness. The property had sand in it upon our arrival. The washer has mold which made our clothes smell weird once we washed them. I made the property manager aware but they did not respond. One of the bunk beds also does not have a functional safety rail. Luckily, we did not need to use that bed. It is definitely not safe for young children as-is. Overall we had a great time! The lagoon in the back was perfect for our young children.

Great location

We had a fantastic time! The house was everything they said it was on their website. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of sleeping space and great location. I will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time on our vacation! The property was perfect and in a great location. The kids loved the swimming pool which was right outside our door. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable: crockpot, blender, griddle, etc. We only ate out one meal the whole week! There was a cabinet full of games, books and puzzles for rainy days or hot afternoons.

This home was incredible! Beautiful & simple decor, comfortable & we loved the extra large table which easily seated our party of 9 (4 adults + 5 kids). Beautiful view of the lagoon from the main great room (kitchen/dining/living) and both large balconies. The walk to the beach was quick & easy, especially using the wagon provided. We did a ton of cooking and the house was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Do note that you will need to bring anything consumable (i.e. olive oil, salt/pepper, spices, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, etc.) Communication with the property manager was stellar! I received a welcome text upon arrival. And, although the internet was out during our stay, they promptly sent a repair person to fix the issue. Unfortunately for us it wasn't an easy fix so it wasn't up and running until the morning of our checkout, but that was no fault of the property manager. We look forward to returning to Slackwater in the future! *** Don't forget to bring beach towels and cooking consumables to ensure a seamless vacation!

Check-in was easy, and the property was clean and in a great spot. Communication from property management was also great. My only complaint was there wasn’t any extra toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher detergent. I would definitely stay here again.
