Stayed Jul 4, 2025Our stay was pleasant overall, and we appreciated the property manager's responsive communication. Here are some highlights:Pros:- The condo/townhome was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near town, yet far enough from the congested areas.- The resort was safe and well-maintained, with a pool nearby that was often quiet and private.- Front-door parking was a convenient perk, and we enjoyed fishing right from our back porch.Cons:- A golf cart is almost essential due to the spread-out amenities and limited parking options. Without one, walks can be lengthy.- The beach was not easily accessible, contrary to the listing's implication. It took around 20 minutes to walk there, and parking was limited.- We experienced noise from neighboring units' back decks at night.- The air conditioning unit was loud, especially at night.- The master bathroom door didn't close properly due to previous damage.- Some of our hair styling tools didn't work in the upstairs bathrooms, except for the hair dryer with a reset button.Overall we enjoyed our stay.
