Let Lagoon Life be your beach home away from home! This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome is located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands. You will feel miles away from everything inside this quiet resort, yet walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach!
With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! Beautiful deck overlooking the lagoon is a great place to fish and relax! Both bedrooms have their own attached bathroom. Primary bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen. Living room has a NEW sectional sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. Living Room has queen sleeper.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach. There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beachside pool and beach access.

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own. We do have equipment for the amenities and beach chairs for your use.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

There are 2 parking spaces in front of the townhouse with offsite paid parking within walking distance just outside the gated community. Uber and local taxi service is available right from the front door and anywhere on the beach.

The home comes with 2 designated parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot located within walking distance at an additional cost of $12.50/night.

    Our stay was pleasant overall, and we appreciated the property manager's responsive communication. Here are some highlights:Pros:- The condo/townhome was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near town, yet far enough from the congested areas.- The resort was safe and well-maintained, with a pool nearby that was often quiet and private.- Front-door parking was a convenient perk, and we enjoyed fishing right from our back porch.Cons:- A golf cart is almost essential due to the spread-out amenities and limited parking options. Without one, walks can be lengthy.- The beach was not easily accessible, contrary to the listing's implication. It took around 20 minutes to walk there, and parking was limited.- We experienced noise from neighboring units' back decks at night.- The air conditioning unit was loud, especially at night.- The master bathroom door didn't close properly due to previous damage.- Some of our hair styling tools didn't work in the upstairs bathrooms, except for the hair dryer with a reset button.Overall we enjoyed our stay.
