The gorgeous ocean beach, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and the Turtle Point Golf Course are all within easy walking distance of this garden-level condo at the Tennis Club Villas, a prime spot for enjoying the beauties of Kiawah Island all year long. This waterfront villa is beautifully positioned at the lagoon's edge, with a screened-in porch overlooking the water to welcome you home from your daily excursions.



Step inside to find a recently renovated living space that's all on one level, with central air conditioning, cool tile floors, and large windows and sliding glass doors that bring in the waterfront view. To your right are an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a refrigerator with an ice/water dispenser, a dishwasher, and an induction range) and a three-person breakfast bar, a window-side dining nook, and a living room with comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. Toss the day's swimsuits in the stackable washer/dryer and spend the evening on the screened-in porch, sipping a glass of wine and observing local wildlife in and around the lagoon. Both bedrooms have views of the lagoon (and flatscreen TVs) as well; the master suite even features an en suite bathroom and direct access to the screened porch.

The Turtle Point Golf Course - one of the five courses open to guests on Kiawah Island - is roughly a third of a mile down the road, while the island's lovely biking and walking paths are easily accessible in the surrounding area.

    Property was beautiful and well stocked! Place wasn’t clean and ready at check in time (4pm EST) and after traveling that day we had to wait additional time to get into the unit. Vacasa was difficult to deal with as well as the outside cleaning company they use, promising a call back from a manager that was never returned. Would try to rent unit directly from owner if possible and avoid Vacasa all together in the future.

    Condo had everything we needed. Screened in porch was perfect to enjoy morning coffee and listen to wildlife. Well-equipped kitchen and modern washer and dryer made cooking and doing laundry a breeze. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach from this unit. Kiawah Island is a beautiful place.

    A great condo right on a pond, close to the beach and amenities of The Sanctuary. Clean!!! And not run down like most places that allow pets. We’ll definitely book this one again.

    The grounds at this resort are beautiful and the dinner at the Ocean room was incredibly delicious. 5 star. The only issue was because we called ahead and inquired if there was a Tesla supercharger. We were told there was and it was the reason we booked here however to our disappointment it was a low voltage EV charger 7KW. Too slow.
