Lagoon-front home with dock & soaking bathtub

It was perfect .

This home has everything my family needs to help us enjoy our stay in PCB. Check in & out were both easy. We definitely look forward to returning here next year!

First we were extremely excited for the trip and to stay at this house. We would stay at the house again but there were some issues. First we messaged the property manager and owner several times to discuss things due to covid situation. Neither ever replied. Second the house is great but it’s time for some up keep. There are so many water marks on the ceilings, the bedroom wall, the bathroom walls. There were cobwebs. The carpet has tons of stains and the transition pieces between carpet and patio tile keep coming up. There were no towels for the kitchen. There was trash in the back yard—plastic container, broken chair and other items. The living room furniture is more like patio furniture and by the one window smells moldy. I would suggest bringing own pillows and extra blankets. Third we are all about security. However it was very unsettling that there is a camera in the tree pointed straight into the living room which is all glass windows and doors with no curtains. We would have preferred to know that someone would/could be watching our family at all times. It made us feel very unsettled by it and we did have our daughter especially stay with other people on vacation with us. Positives—great location to the beach. The kayaks and paddle boards and other items in garage to use where a huge hit. The dock is wonder and the scenario is beautiful. The house is spacious and has a ton of natural light that is wonderful. Like I said before we would stay again just a few housekeeping issues and the camera in the tree.

We came out here to get away from our home town and spent time with family! We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is not to far from the City. Very nice Home !

We loved the house! Plenty of room & the boat dock was amazing!

The house has a lot of positives and a few negatives. The furniture is not very comfortable for folks with back problems. The carpet needs a good cleaning but probably should be replaced. Very close to restaurants and local attractions.

This is my families second time staying at this house. We have enjoyed both trips immensely and look forward to staying again!! Thank you for the wonderful weekend!!

Hate to give a great rating because it won’t be available when we want it if everyone knows how nice it is!? Worked out great for me and a couple guys on a fishing trip. Nice enough dock but needs a fish cleaning station and a fresh water with hose to wash down boat. Living area is definitely not inviting for sleeping. No fold out sofa. Guess they don’t want more than five to occupy at one time because that is all it will sleep if there are 2 couples. Otherwise 3 men total. Kinda odd. But very nice and clean.

House is nice but needs some upgrade, ceilings needed to be painted lots of water stains

This property was very clean and close to everything. It had all the comforts of home. Great view of the canal. We really relaxed and enjoyed our vacation. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.
