The two storey house is ideal for one or two families, incorporating an expansive upstairs area providing open plan living and dining areas opening onto the sun drenched deck with automated awning for sun protection.



A slow combustion wood heater completes the comfort for those cool evening with firewood supplied.



The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances.



A master bedroom comprises of a queen size bed (with electric blanket when needed) and walk in wardrobe.



In the main bathroom is a spa bath, shower and toilet.



Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double and the other with two single beds.



All bed linen provided along with one towel per person, bath mats and hand towels, and tea towels.



A second bathroom with another shower and toilet also has a washing machine and dryer.



The huge drive through garage makes it a breeze for that boat trailer!



A fully fenced garden provides an additional entertaining area with gas BBQ.



Pet policy : As we have our own dogs we understand those who like to bring their dogs on holidays too!



Pets are allowed although must not sleep on beds or lounges. Bring your own pet beds and remove any droppings from the garden. Please carefully clean up any dog hair from the house. Dogs must not be left alone in the house or garden or allowed to scratch at the doors or screens.



Local attractions:



Bendalong is a sleepy fishing village with many beaches and one general store/ cafe.



Cunjurong Point also has a takeaway.



Tennis court, basketball court, soccer field and skate park also at Manyana but you need your own equipment.



Directly opposite Lagava is a reserve that leads to Washerwomans Beach.



Bendalong is within 20 minutes drive of Milton, Mollymook and Ulladulla, ensuing great dining, great shopping and more wonderful views.
