Ladyburn House - 4 Bedroom house with Sea Views

This property was beautifully decorated, comfortable, pristine and very well stocked. The bottle of wine was a lovely welcoming touch. Excellent communication and understanding when I messed up the dates!I will definitely be back if they will have me

POSITIVES - spacious, comfy beds, good location, good management contact.NEGATIVES - sea view ( a bit a water over a caravan park, sideways, in the distance!!)Outside patio from bedroom, see picture, it was rediculous, nowhere to sit outside. Outside has not been swept for a long long time.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my 2 daughters 2 grandchildren , my elderly mother and my dog. It was a perfect size well maintained and clean. The location was good with an easy walk into the town and around the harbour where there are numerous stands where you can book boat trips.Parking was abit of a squeeze in the one dedicated spot. The neighbours all had large 4x4 vehicles which made maneuvering difficult. We parked our other car elsewhere. Parking pass supplied. The kitchen is fairly well equipped we had everything we needed. It would have been nice if some games and books were left around to borrow like in other places i have stayed but as the weather was lovely we didn't stay in much. There was a welcoming basket with lovely items including tea, coffee, wine and biscuits that was very well received.

Ladyburn house is wonderfully located property only a stone throw away from the harbour, beach and the town centre. The house is very spacious with 4 generously sized bedrooms, and a large living area. I loved waking up every morning and drinking a coffee using the provided espresso machine and watching the sea through the Juliet balcony. A big bonus is that parking is provided, but this is quite tight, so may take more than one manoeuvre, but once parked is everything is safe.There are lots of walks and things to do in the area, I would highly recommended a walk to Bamburgh and Beadnell beach and a cruise to see the puffins and grey seals. Northumberland exceeded our expectations topped off by the wonderful property.

Great property very close to the harbour.The property could have been cleaner though, there were a lot of dusty surfaces especially skirtings and backs of doors.We really enjoyed our stay though.

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for a party of 7 and our dog. Lots of space and in a great location with pubs, shops, harbour, beach all very close by. Would definitely book again.

The house was lovely. Well set up for 8 people. It was ideally located, just a short walk into the centre of Seahouses. I would have given 5 stars but under the sofas hadn’t been cleaned for a while. (Toddlers toy rolled under)

Great accommodation. Plenty of space. Only ask would have been to have some coffee, tea bags and sugar. Bedding super clean, towels lovely. Location fabulous. We will be back.

This property is excellent. Exactly as listed and very close to centre of Seahouses. Parking can be difficult if you have more than one car (as we did). A map indicating the location of the local authority run car park would be a useful addition to the document issued by the owners - just to avoid confusion with the private car park run by the harbour office.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We had everything we needed! The beds were really comfy, so we all slept really well! The property was in a perfect location to get to everything! Would definitely stay again!

Ladyburn House provided everything that I and my group of friends could ask for for a short break in Seahouses. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen were first rate. Definitely a place we would like to revisit.
