Saint Ignace, Michigan
Lady Mary Angeline is a gorgeous historic home built in the 1900's that has been carefully restored to maintain it's Victorian structure and beauty! Lofted in the upper streets of St Ignace, Lady Mary Angeline overlooks downtown and the East Moran Bay. Guests have access to the ground and upper levels. Featured on the lower level is a spacious two-part living room, a well designed dining area with a view, a kitchen with an island, and a nice parlor room. The upper level consists of 4 uniquely designed bedrooms, and a full bath at the end of the hall. Each room has at least a full-sized bed and a television for entertainment. This home has a lengthy front porch to relax on, as well as a side porch and a driveway for parking. It is only a few minute walk into downtown, with stairs conveniently located across the street to walk you down the hillside! Lady Mary Angeline is pleasant pick for a family to relax and enjoy the beauty of St Ignace in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood.
This was our first stay with Our Lady, Mary Angeline, of St. Ignace, and hopefully, with God's grace, it will not be our last. Impeccable to a T, this property is like stepping back in time to a perfectly preserved victorian home. The natural woodwork, the furnishings and the cleanliness were all outstanding. And all with a beautiful view of the bay. The only thing I would strongly suggest is that all the beds are full size, which are way too small for a property of this caliber. Queen sized beds should be the minimum here, if not King. The rooms are all more than big enough to handle the increase in size. Also the room to the right side appears to have a broken box springs - the bed slants heavily.
This was a dream site for a family of 6 adults who needed a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated, clean, & very comfortable!
We lov
The house was lovely. Nicely decorated and good location to visit Mackinac Island and surrounding U.P. attractions.
This 4 bedroom house is spacious, comfy and cozy! It has all you need for a home away from home stay. There were 8 of us and we all had a fantastic time. This was our first trip to Michigan and we will return. This location, in Saint Ignace, was close to many, many things to do, places to eat and places to shop. Nice short walk down the hill and into town. This place was Perfect for our family to enjoy quality time together and to also rest and relax!
We had a wonderful time at the house. It fit our group great and was only a short walk to downtown and little Bear Arena! We were in town for the Antique Tractor Crossing and had a wonderful time unwinding on the front porch!! Thank you!
The house was true to the photos and very well maintained. The location in front of the water was just beautiful. Would highly recommend.
Great location, the home was a older style, but very up dated, beautiful inside and out, the property manager was so helpful, town was right there, no problems had a great time,
Exceeded expectations. loved it and Daniel and his wife were a great couple who take care of it
This property is everything they have described and so much more. The place is immaculate surrounded by a lot of nature and a spectacular view of the lake.. We loved it so much that we cancelled our trip to Mackinaw Island and just stayed in to fully enjoy this beautiful home. Cannot wait to come back!
