Stayed May 12, 2023Our first time staying at this property and it was great! Owner was helpful when we had questions about checking in. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a hand written note from the owners and a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. The house was clean and the binder the owners have out on the counter, is full of just about any information or helpful tips we could have needed during our stay. If we come back to the area or hear of anyone looking for a reasonable and great property to rent we’ll surely recommend this one. It’s was a fantastic weekend!

Stayed Aug 19, 2025This home was very clean and easy to get into. Located close to many activities. It's near Weir's beach but the road is too busy to walk with small children. We enjoyed the pool and the firepit! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Our second stay at this house. We love the location and the pool. It’s tucked up on a hill, away from the street. Our family especially enjoys visiting Funspot - the largest arcade in the world, which is a five minute drive from the house!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024We had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for three adults and two kids. You could probably fit one or two more kids here comfortably. Nothing fancy but has everything you'll need for the NH lakes region.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Nice cottage with open floor plan downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. Beautiful pool overlooking the lake. Lake access is not the best for swimming but the public beach is less than 5 minutes down the road.

Stayed Sep 29, 2023Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin beds, were old and springy. Host asked us to bring our own pillows and sheets which was an odd request. I let the hosts know since we're traveling by air that's not possible and so sheets were left out, but would have been nice if the beds were made for us. (Esp when traveling with kids.) The dishwasher wasn't unloaded when we arrived, which wasn't a big deal, but felt like a lot of housework to unload dishes and make beds on arrival. Plus all the housework when checking out.
