Rental group was awesome to work with. Easy communication. We had an issue with the microwave dying and they brought over a new one the next day. House is close proximity to the beach and boardwalk activities. Easy parking for 4 SUVs/trucks with room to spare. Highly recommend!

Lots of stuff provided to use on the beach. Property manager, Ralph, was very easy to work with. Great communication. Even provided a welcome kit. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Wildwood.

Plenty of room, stocked with all you could need to cook, beach equipment was a plus. The only thing that I could point out as a negative was that right outside the wall of the master bedroom is where the AC unit is located. As a lighter sleeper, in the beginning, it was difficult to sleep with it going on and off because it was located right behind the wall where the headboard is against. Ralph the property manager was great. Answered all texts very quickly.

I dealt with Ralph and he was also such a pleasure to work with. We even had a small leak in a bathroom sink, and he worked to have it fixed for us in no time. I would highly recommend this place and the Powers Group.

On a beaucoup apprécié l'espace sous les pilotis (tables à pique nique) car à l'ombre et à l'abri de la pluie. Très près de la plage. Raph est très cordial et répond rapidement à nos questions. Je recommande sans hésiter.

The accommodations were plenty roomy for both my family and my sisters family for the week. The close proximity to the beach and boardwalk were a plus! I love how the house was modern and decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend this house if vacationing in Wildwood.

This is our second stay at this house. It’s a fantastic space for large groups - there were 9 of us for most of the stay and, despite having to be in the house for most of it due to bad weather, we felt that we were all appropriately spread out and had tons of things to do inside (TVs with cable in every room, board games, etc). The only negative we can say is that the living room couches were less than ideal - they’re similar to outdoor wicker sets and not very comfortable when you’re stuck inside with a larger group for days on end. The beds and all of the other furniture were great though. Another positive I wanted to mention were the unexpected amenities - they had seemingly brand new beach chairs as well as a clean grill for us to use, as well as a very cool covered outdoor area underneath. Overall, great trip and definitely expecting to come back for a third.
