Stayed Dec 20, 2025Everything was great. The only issue was that the people next to us were extremely loud both nights we were there very late into the night.

Reviewer Comments: We appreciated this really central location to everything we wanted to do and see while in Durango. Also, the condo was very clean, loved the high ceilings and views. Manager was a great communicator and information source. The hot tub and sauna were great. Also had good food at Cliffside in the Lodge.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023location good. View good. Kitchenette and furnishing looks old. The bed was fresh but sheet could use a good wash . I was itchy afterwards . Found a bug in the sheets as well. The carpet b/w the room and the kitchen was peeling off and the nails were poking out .It stuck my toe and thats when I realized. Its rusted as well. If you are looking for a qick stay and with not much of expectations and only the location matters then this could be ideal

I contacted the property to see if they could accommodate me with a partial refund and they did not give me any help.

Stayed Aug 13, 2022Beautiful location. Great ammenities--pool and gym are amazing. The room itself is very dated. The dining table and chairs have to be pushed against wall to access soft sleeper so you don't have a dining/table area if the bed is out. Many outlets didn't work so we had to sacrifice lights and lamps to charge devices. Great access to Purgatory and horseback riding.
