La Quinta Rental Home. Pool, Mountain Views near Golf, Tennis, Polo Fields

Thanks Claire and Ken for making our November, 2021 vacation so special. Your home has the perfect floor plan for an extended family stay. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable with updated high-end furnishings. We really enjoyed the beautiful pool/spa area with views of the mountains to the south/southwest. The home had all the necessary appliances, utensils and so on. Old Town La Quinta and the Resort are an easy bike ride away which we enjoyed several times during our stay. My family had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous La Quinta property. The home is beautifully maintained with lovely amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay feel like we were in our home away from home. The pool and hot tub were always inviting as they were also well maintained along with the grounds. We loved having the orange and grapefruit trees right in our own yard. Walking to Old Town La Quinta was great to take in the various markets and outdoor art festivals. Claire was easy to get in touch and responded quickly to any questions or issues that arose. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our stay and was stocked with all the necessities. The outdoor space was tranquil and enjoyable all times of the day. We took full advantage of the pool and spa. The community is quiet and friendly. It is in walking distance of Old Town La Quinta with shops and restaurants (Old Town is only 3 blocks long.) We were also close to many golf courses and other activities in the valley. Only down side was the house is 40 min from downtown Palm Springs where there are better quality restaurants. Overall everything exceeded our expectations.

The listing for this VRBO was pretty accurate! The home looked just as the photos showed online and that is such a relief! I love how the kitchen is well-stocked as I love to cook. Having the extra linens and towels was also a plus. I felt at home immediately. I also liked the little garden areas sprinkled around the property. In addition to the many wonderful attractions, especially the hiking areas, Claire's home is walking distance to Old La Quinta and shopping. My husband and I walked to town every opportunity we had- can't beat the convenience of getting exercise and sun (!) especially coming from a cold state. Claire made herself very accessible and responded immediately to our inquiries. Thank you, Claire and Ken for a lovely stay!

This home is more than advertised. It’s located within walking distance to the Old town, and all the amenities there. The spacious home so clean, well equipped, and essentially goes above and beyond. The owners are so easy to communicate with, and ensure everything is 100%. Not many rentals are so well done. We return year after year, and it feels just like home. Even if you do not golf, you can literally bike right from the front door. It’s a gated, secure, and friendly community. A ten in every aspect. Thank you, and see you again next fall.

We immediately felt like we were on vacation at this house. With the sweeping views and pool and spa right out the door. Very well appointed and owners were accommodating and easy to work with.

This is a very clean well appointed home. The location was perfect for our active golf life. We really appreciated that our favorite restaurants were also close by. We had no problems but the owner made sure we could reach her if need be, which was reassuring in renting a home for a month. We had a great time.

Wonderful property, nicely appointed with everything you need. It was very clean and ready for our occupancy. Very thorough instructions for operations of everything in the house. Also, great narrative of local attractions, dining, etc. Owners timely and responsive with questions about even the smallest detail. GREAT property.
