Getting around La Quinta is convenient and easy. Our home is just a short drive from major highways, making it simple to explore the surrounding area. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for hassle-free transportation. If you prefer public transit, there are local bus routes that connect you to key destinations. For those who enjoy biking, the neighborhood offers bike-friendly paths and trails. Whether you're driving, biking, or using public transit, you'll find it easy to get where you need to go.



Other Things to Note:

PGA West is a wonderful community and we kindly ask guests to follow our house rules. If you see an issue with this, we request you choose another property. Violation of our House Rules or our gated communities rules will result in all guests being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be canceled with no refund.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa ★

We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa with lights for the perfect evening swim. The pool is heated is controlled on site and can take a little time to warm up so we suggest you turn it on when you arrive. Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



NOTE: You cannot have the spa & the pool heat on at the same time. The pool stops heating when the spa is turned on and vice versa as they share a heat pump.



★ What are the additional fees ★

To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. For monthly stays the pool heating is capped $1000 per month. There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.



★ Is the property pet-friendly ★

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.



★ What is the parking situation ★

The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours ★

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available ★

While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.



Please note that gardening is managed by the HOA. They visit the property every other week for regular maintenance, along with seasonal work such as grass care. They will access the outdoor areas only and will not disturb your stay. Pool cleaning is done once per week.

    Since we have only one day left in our stay, we want to formally share our concerns and request a partial refund based on several significant issues we experienced during the week.First, the internet service has been inconsistent and unreliable, affecting both the internet and TV. We had no access for approximately 18 hours upon arrival, and the service went out again two days later. Your provider identified issues with the router and indicated that new equipment and parts were needed—problems that should have been addressed before guests arrived. Cynthia was very helpful in arranging a temporary workaround so we could at least have service for Thanksgiving Day, and we appreciate her support. However, the repeated outages and lack of dependable internet/TV access significantly disrupted our stay. Second, several maintenance concerns were never addressed despite assurances that staff would come by. We reported beeping fire alarms with low batteries, a leaking wine fridge, and a kitchen faucet that is not properly anchored and wobbles from the base. We were told someone would stop by to resolve these items, yet no one followed up.Additionally, we encountered black bugs in the home. Although we were told that someone would bring a spray for us to use, no follow-up occurred here either.Lastly, the kitchen—described as gourmet—was not consistent with that standard.     Love the house. Getting the check in/gate info was a little difficult. Had to figure out gate on our own in the pitch black. Said it was is the “guide” but I found nothing. It would be better to just send in a message like all other listings.
