Private and quiet. Located out of the hubbub but close enough to everything we needed or wanted to see. Fabulous Mountain View. Located very close to several trailheads.

Great place. Clean and spacious.

This home is very nice and clean. We love the small pool for a relaxing float. The neighborhood is quiet. It is close to town, trails and pickleball.

Great communication with property manager. House was close to the trails. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. It truly was the perfect place for our quick getaway.

We had a great holiday stay at the house. All the needed cooking/baking items were there. Plenty of space to spread out.The one BIG issue we had is the 72/day pool heating fee that is both buried on the VRBO and Vacasa sites. I did a phone check in a few days before and this was not brought up. Of course we want the pool heated. We rented a house with a pool so we could enjoy it during our stay. After an 8 hour drive and searching for the ipad to turn the pool on for an hour, I called the management team. After another hour, the property manager called back to let me know we never paid for heating. Then another hour trying to sort of the payment before they would turn the heat on remotely. The following morning they brought the ipad over.Not a great start to our Thanksgiving vacation.

The house is perfect, very lovely and clean, location is nice. However, I did book this place for the hot tub. I had sent a message on Dec 18th if I needed to stay 3 nights to use the hot tub, I was assured I didn’t have to stay the 3 nights. Get to the house and I’m trying to find how to turn on the hot tub, couldn’t find it, asked the contact person and I got the run around and then that they had let the local people know.. never heard back. Quite unfortunate

The house was beautiful and spacious. The views from the house are great and the proximity to walking trails was wonderful. It worked very well for our family of 6 and our dog. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This home is nicely decorated with obvious recent upgrading. A very clean home with a cute small pool and jacuzzi, perfect for soaking. All lovely crisp white towels and linens. Nice location close to hiking/biking trails, restaurants and stores. And close to pickleball, a plus for me!?. Vacasa was readily available for any questions, a great vacation company.

We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house but it was clean and good size for five people. Neighborhood is t as nice as some other La Quinta areas but it met our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would return again. The house was perfect for our family of four. The living room couches and bathroom lighting could be improved, but otherwise it was great.
