The interior, welcoming and colorful, features a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a library, perfect for spending time together after a day of outings or at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals and maintain your holiday routine independently, with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms, each offering its own space. The first bedroom, with a 140 cm bed, opens directly onto the terrace, ideal for enjoying the garden from the moment you wake up. The second bedroom has two 90 cm beds, and the third has a 140 cm bed, providing a pleasant space for everyone. A functional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area.

Outside, the furnished terrace invites you to enjoy meals al fresco and relaxing moments, with its electric awning, garden furniture, sun loungers, and electric plancha.

Parking on the property adds extra convenience, and small pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the stay.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A Household security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
