The host answered all the questions I had before we arrived immediately.The house was amazing, clean and had everything we needed and more.Our entire family loved the accommodations, pool, spa, croquet, kid room, connect 4 and location. We would recommend this house to anyone.Thank you for sharing your house with us for our after Christmas family vacation.

This place was perfect for our family. The pool had some floaties, the front yard had a soccer goal and balls. The corn hole was a big hit as well. The grandparents loved having the casita and the other bedrooms were very adequate for privacy for the other 2 families. There were 11 of us but we never felt crowded. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. The pool cleaner came 2 times during our week which we really appreciated as the wind picked up for a couple days and leaves were blown in. The lemon tree kept giving us fruit and the rose bushes bloomed while we were there. I highly recommend this place and the property manager was very attentive

Second time we rented this house. All was perfect except TV in the living room...it does not carry live sports and the remote did not work. Other than that, all was just fine!!

A beautifully updated ranch with three master suites, a fourth bedroom that shares one suite’s bath, a kids’ room, and a cute casita. A great green grass front yard for dogs and soccer games. A walkout backyard with a spa and tub. This is a dream vacation house for our extended family of four generations, from 96 years old to six months. We walked to Old Town every afternoon for a beer at the brewery while the grandkids played on the park green. We began the day with a walk through the beautiful neighborhood while the desert air was still crisp. The management company is very responsive, but the good news is you won’t need much help! Pick lemons and oranges for your meals and enjoy games, puzzles, or movie time. The owners have provided all you will need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. .

Great location, numerous amenities, clean, spacious, incredible mountain views, private, and very quiet. Second time renting and very pleased again. Easy check in, check out, minor issues resolved with property manager quickly and timely. Great communications. Family’s favorite!

The house was great with plenty of beds to accommodate everyone. Great pool and spa with a kids play room with classic pacman game that was a great treat for the kids when they weren't in the pool. The living room was comfy and had plenty of space for everyone to gather. The dining room was also spacious and accommodated our group of 12. We traveled with our dog so having the gate that separates the pool area from the front yard is great while the front yard is enclosed there is one small section that is not as tall so we were just cautious and didn't let our dog in the front yard unsupervised. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but didn't have enough utensils which I communicated upon arrival and the host dropped off more the next day. It would've been helpful to receive a text when they were dropped off. The half bath's sink drained slowly and the host offered to send someone to fix it but it wasn't a big deal on our end. Cons/Suggestions: The gas grill took too long to heat. We had a short stay otherwise we would've opted to use the bbq with charcoal. The bunk beds and pull out sofas could use some pillowtop covers to make them more comfortable. Pool floats/toys would be a bonus. Something to note: The main suite has a step down into the shower and the casita shower is just cramped so something to be mindful if traveling with older folks or people with accessibility needs. Overall, we loved our stay!

House was great. Could use some minor TLC but nothing that bothered us. Outdoor space was great. Short walk to Old Town La Quinta. When booking, the location on the map shows a different spot a few blocks away in a gated community. The actual location is better than what the map shows but they should fix that glitch.
