I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wrong address made it very difficult to find. Drove up and down street for 1/2 hour til we just parked and walked to try to find. Stained towels. Stained/molded shower grout. No laundry soap.Very good location for HS and very nice kitchen and appliances.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Great location in the middle of downtown. Parking situation isn’t ideal (especially with loading and unloading), but at least the public lot is close for overnight. Overall cleanliness was good, with exception of a few things.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024This was a great rental for a weeklong getaway. Situated downtown, the location was great and felt very safe. Neighbors were friendly and the fenced in patio provided some additional privacy. The house was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Will definitely book again.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We had the most wonderful time in Harbor Springs and this place was just perfect for our family of four. Location could not be beat. Literally everything you could need or want just steps from your door, but still very quiet and private. We stayed a full week and never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable, A/C units worked great, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the extra bathroom downstairs, and the string lights on the patio in the evening were a nice touch. We hope to be back!!

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We rented this property for a weekend girls trip. The location was superb and the house was so tidy and well decorated. We really enjoyed our time and the property management company made check-in and other communication very easy. We were told ahead of time that the ice machine wasn’t working, and when we arrived they provided a bag of ice, which was very helpful for our stay. I highly recommend this rental and we will be renting from here again when we return. One heads up is that the address on the materials doesn’t match the address on the door so it was a little tricky to find at first. That being said, the neighbors and shops around were very helpful.
