With over 30 feet of private lagoon-front shoreline, La Flor offers rare and direct access to Little Lagoon’s calm, protected waters, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or soaking in the sun with your toes in the water.

The gently sloping shoreline is great for beaching small, shallow-draft boats like pontoons, skiffs, and personal watercraft. Whether you're launching a kayak or pulling up your pontoon for a waterfront lunch, this quiet stretch of lagoon gives you the freedom to enjoy the water on your terms.

You're also welcome to anchor just offshore or tie off from the beach, depending on your setup. Water depth near the shoreline is generally 2–3 feet under normal tide conditions, making it accessible for many recreational boaters. Please note: guests are responsible for ensuring their vessel is properly secured and compliant with local laws and regulations.

As always, we kindly remind guests to check local tide charts and weather, and to remain aware of wind, current, and changing weather conditions in the lagoon before anchoring, beaching, or swimming. Use of the lagoon, shoreline, and watercraft is at your own risk.
