Location conforme au descriptif, très bon accueil du propriétaire. La maison est proche des commerces, port, plage... et avec un grand jardin (+ parking de plusieurs voitures) Propreté irréprochable Location à recommander

Maison très spacieuse et confortable. On s y sent bien. Grand terrain clos avec terrasse équipée. La localisation est parfaite. Proche d un petit bois pour la promenade de notre petit chien , commerces, ports et plage à proximité. Bon accueil du propriétaire. On reviendra.

Ideal ist es, dort Fahrräder zur Verfügung zu haben.Der tolle, lange Sandstrand ist relativ weit weg. Reisetipps: Nach: Piriac-sur-Mer, Wanderweg am Meer entlang, man sollte sich aber vorher nach den Buszeiten für die Rückfahrt erkundigen. Nach: Le Croisic (Fähre ist nur für Personen, nicht für Autos!)Sehenswert dort das Océarium, die Côte Sauvage und ein Aufstieg auf den Kirchturm in Batz-sur-Mer.

The property is divided to allow occupation by visitors as well as providing some accommodation for the owner; the nature of the dividing wall is unsatisfactory as it is made of undecorated chipboard which looks cheap and unattractive as well being inadequate to stop sound passing through as well as cooking smells from the owner's side. While we were there we had no hot water for one day. At the time the owner's part of the property was occupied by three younger adults who we believe might have been from his family; we think that it was no coincidence that we had no hot water as we believe that the hot water cylinder situated in the visitor's part also feeds hot water to the owner's side. Further evidence of excessive usage of hot water by the owner's family is seen in the higher than expected cost of electricity paid by us. Our usage of hot water was minimal as there were only two of us staying although the property is designed to accommodate six. I did write two emails to the owner at the time that we had no hot water but we did not get any response nor was it mentioned by him when we left. We were informed when we arrived of an estimated cost of electricity, however the actual charge at the end of the holiday was double the estimate; this may have been due to the meter in our part of the property also covering the owner's part. It is also worth noting that while staying in another Interchalet property (MEQ 302) we paid significantly less for electricity for a similar period in spite of there being air conditioning which was operating continuously during very hot weather.

Obgleich wir als Bretagne–Fans schon über 25 mal unseren Urlaub dort verbracht haben, waren wir jetzt erstmalig in der Region Loire–Atlantic. Unser Standort war La Turballe. Wir waren sehr überrascht und angetan von der landschaftlichen Schönheit und derVielseitigkeit der Gegend: Lange Sandstrände, kleine von Felsen eingerahmte Küstenabschnitte, Salzgärten im Hinterland und Frankreichs zweitgrößte Moorlandschaft Parc Naturel de la Briere, den man mittels kleiner Boote, mit Pferdekutschen oder auf Wanderwegen erkunden kann.Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, nur wenige Meter von einem kleinen Wald entfernt. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man eventuell braucht. Das Meer ist 1 km entfernt. La Turballe hat sowohl im Süden als auch im Norden jeweils einen langen Sandstrand.Der Vermieter, der einen kleinen völlig abgetrennten Hausteil bewohnt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit seinem Wagen mehrfach gefahren, da wir wegen Motorproblemen einige Tage ohne Auto waren.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen für ruheliebende Gäste und Hundehalter.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und reichlich Platz einzig ein Gefrierfach für Eis oder Pizza etc.wäre noch schön. Reisetipps: Nantes mit ile des machines oder la Baule Markt und Zauberhafter feinsandiger Strand ohne Quallen und sonstiger Verschmutzung. Guerande und die Salinen.Sant Nahziele. und vieles MEER.

Wir waren schon das 2mal dort und es war wieder alles perfekt. Über den kleinen neuen Gefrierschrank habe uns sehr gefreut.Kommen sich auch noch ein 3 mal
