Stayed Oct 10, 2025Would give it a better rating if it weren’t for a safety mishap that occurred while my in-laws were out eating dinner. They had checked into the place, put their luggage and belongings inside, and then they went out to dinner. They returned to find that a couple of people had been given access to go inside of the place! This could have gone terribly wrong had my in-laws been inside of the place. We received no apology or anything! It was a nightmare trying to get a hold of management after hours to try and resolve the issue. I am not sure if they double booked the place, but the fact that they were given CODE ACCESS into the place while we were already checked in, is absolutely unacceptable!
