Cocoonr offers you this fully renovated fisherman's cottage to rent in Berck, 500 m from the beach. It has a surface area of 72 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a landing leading to two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you in this papaya hut!

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 15 m² living room with a double sofabed, TV and desk area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, highchair and dining area
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 x 190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 190) and cot

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A north-east-facing terrace of around 20 m² with garden table and chairs and a barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.

This former Berck house is ideally located in Berck, in a small, quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. All the essential shops (fishmonger's, greengrocer's, baker's, etc.) are close by.
