KY Charm! Downtown, in the Heart of NOLI District

The unit is nice inside. There are some shared spaces which is unusual for VRBO. The owner was using the back deck with family which was fine with us since we were going out but something to be aware of. If we planned to grill out that night it would have been a little awkward. They do have 2 beautiful dogs which we enjoyed meeting and petting.

Cozy and had all the necessities. Back gait a little tricky. Owners respective as to parking. Overall a good experience.

Every thing was nice, we enjoyed ourselves

My daughter and I stopped into Lexington to see a couple distilleries on our cross country trip from Charleston, SC to Minneapolis, MN. We were in a 15’ UHaul and they were able to accommodate our parking. Directions to get in were PERFECT, communication with Miss Emily was easy and direct, and the room was comfortable and clean with some very handy amenities. There are places within walking distance, but we preferred to hit up the Distillery District. It was an easy $10 Uber ride. Highly recommend.

We stayed with 2 teen boys and my 70 ish year old parents. It was fantastic. We were a bit concerned on the way in the neighborhood is under going regentrification but was really safe and in a great well located area ! My only suggestion would be that we were a group of 6 and the seating in the living room was a bit tight for all of us a couple bean bag chairs in the corner to drag out for seating would have been a good idea but there were lots of pillows and we just used those for floor seating ! However the sleeping and kitchen were fantastic! Coffee and cream were provided and there was a furnished kitchen to make breakfast with the food we brought ! Great visit would rent again ! Dogs were friendly and cute ! We all loved it and were very comfortable.

Myself and seven friends stayed in Emily’s top floor apartment and it was perfect for our group to do an overnight after a fabulous day at the Keeneland races. The place is simple and cute! Three comfy, stylish and spacious bedrooms and a queen air mattress set up in the living room accommodated us all to comfortably sleep. Also has a lovely modern kitchen with all the essentials. Was a short Uber ride from Keeneland, and we also were a short distance from cute bars and restaurants in Lex. Would highly recommend this space for a group of friends.

We wanted to explore Lexington before our son moved there. We found this place to be clean, very comfy and located close to many cool places. Emily and Brandon were very hospitable and attentive. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!

This cozy space was exactly what we were looking for! Location was great. Emily was an Amazing host! Everything we needed was provided. Boho chic and I can’t say enough about the comfort level of the Beds!! When I travel, I expect safe, clean, comfortable, cozy and friendly environments. My stay exceeded all of my expectations!
