Kukuiula Makai Cottage #71 By Parrish Kauai - great family spot with AC!

The property was spectular and exceeded our expectation. The kitchen had everything & more you can image - we made & ate memorable meals. Our grandkids had an enjoyable time at the beach with the beach equipment/toys available at this house. We all had our own privacy based on the layout of the home. Love that we were able to play a few board games while we were together too. We loved our mornings on the lani where you can hear the beach waves crashing and watching the sunrise too. We will definitely be looking at other Parrish collections for our next vacation in Hawaii.

We enjoyed the pool morning, afternoon and evening. Kitchen had all gadgets you could imagine. Laundry room very helpful. The info notebook should have been at front door as we didn’t find it until the second day. So many extra touches, coffee, treats and loved the welcome mai tai.

Beautiful home with everything you need in a quiet location! Even with construction going on next door and across the street, it was never loud when we were there. We stayed a week with our kids (3 & 5) and grandma and grandpa. The layout of the house worked really well so everyone had privacy and plenty of space. The kids spent hours every day in the private pool.

We had 9 people with our group who were in town for a family wedding! The property was clean and well stocked. The pool and outdoor shower were incredible. The host company was responsive when we had questions & very accommodating. Would love to stay here again when we visit Kauai in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. We were traveling with our 3 yo son and friends who had an infant and 3 yo. The house was perfect for two families to have their own spaces, but also lots of room for the kids to play - we have stayed in Kauai many times but never had such a great pool! The location was perfect - we could easily walk and bike into Koloa and the Kukuiula shopping center. Parrish Collection had excellent customer service and we were able to text with any questions that came up and receive very quick responses. We can't recommend this enough.

House was amazing, located on a golf course in a great area. Host was very accessible and was very accommodating.

My family had a wonderful stay in this excellent vacation home. The property feels clean and new. it is well appointed with nice touches everywhere - games in the cupboard, beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage and more kitchen supplies than we have at home. The beds are comfortable, and there are ample bath towels, beach towels and other supplies. We were very comfortable all week. The house is quite large, with a lot of space to spread out. We loved the outside lanai and pool, which was perfect for family happy hour. As someone commented, there is only one television, but we all agreed that just about right for a Hawaiian vacation. We gathered in the entertainment room a couple times to watch a movie together, and it was perfect. The property is surrounded by a lot of open space (golf course) and is a bit remote, but we all enjoyed the peacefulness. The drive into Koloa or Poipu beach only takes a few minutes. The folks at Parrish were very attentive. Check-in and check-out were easy. They even texted a few times during the week to make sure we were comfortable. They were also responsive to questions or requests. When we missed trash day and filled the outside garbage can, they had it removed the same day. All-in-all, this is an easy five star rating. Both the property and the customer service are first rate.

Fun time, beautiful home. No TVs except in one room.
