Kuhlman Haus | Charming Farmhouse In Town | Hot Tub

Cozy, clean and so close to everything! The hosts were great and responded quickly. Only down fall is it only has two parking spots so other two vehicles had to park on the street! But we would definitely stay again!

The house was wonderful and we loved our time there!

The property was clean and comfortable and adequate for our group of 7. It was close to downtown, as well as Starbucks and Walmart, so very convenient. Only downside was the street was quite busy during the day, though quiet at night.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a couple of issues. The listing highlighted a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this rental. When we arrived we called our host who told us the hot tub was not working and should have been notified by the property owner. In addition, the TV in the living area could only be turned on but not used to change channels or stream, which again limited our ability to enjoy that as well. The only reason I felt I could give this a rating was that the home overall was clean and comfortable and we were able to find alternatives to enjoy our time spent in Fredericksburg. Since these features were part of what we paid for, I have requested a partial refund or discount to account for the inconvenience. I hope the property owners find that it is a fair request and hope to hear back from them soon.

We love the house. It was perfect for our family. It was very nicely decorated. The location was great close to everything. We usually Uber up to Main Street and then we just walked while we were uptown. Thank you to the owners.

The house was beautiful! Very clean and had everything we needed. Even though we didn’t need anything, they provided a number that we could text if needed, that was comforting! About a 5 min drive to Main st. Wonderful time with friends!

Charming older farmhouse that has been updated. A lot of character but still has all of the amenities you need.

Kuhlman Haus is perfect for a girls wine weekend! The house was great for our group of 5. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day of wine tasting and fun. We will be back!

Great location, very clean, well supplied. No ice maker or ice trays; WiFi network problems resulted in TV constantly freezing/reconfiguring. Read directions on both sides of the remotes regarding heating/air conditioning…

Place was awesome!! Quick response! Place was perfect, big rooms, everything was great! Only downfall was there was no fire pit outside(like what’s on the photos), bubbles in the hot tub didn’t really work, ac/heat is very strange and didn’t work well, it’s basically monitored by the ceiling fan, it was 30 degrees outside, house is very old and you could feel the cold air coming inside through every window and all of the doors. Other than that, everything was perfect! By far the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in

Would absolutely stay here again! Very quiet, very comfortable place to stay. We loved that it was off of Main Street so that it was very quiet. The short drive to Main Street was perfect. There is plenty of parking behind the visitor center so we didn't mind that at all. The space was just perfect for us. And having the hot tub and fire pit was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Went to celebrate my best friend's bachelorette. The hospitality was great! We went when the weather was supposed to get very cold and freeze over, the owner had great contact with me and ensured we were well taken care of. I had a great time visiting Fredericksburg with the best girls and an even better time in this beautiful house!
