KOONYA COTTAGE SORRENTO VIC ADJACENT NATIONAL PARK AND KOONYA OCEAN BEACH

Perfect location for a January long weekend. The house was very clean and tidy and its proximity to the walking track and Kooyna beach was absolutely wonderful.

Koonya cottage is a gem of a place! It had everything we needed for our 5 night getaway. It was very neat, tidy and clean, the beds were comfortable and there was even a seperate space for the kids to play. The best part is the location, with only a few minutes walk to Koonya beach. Raymond was a lovely host and we would definitely be staying there again.

It was lovely and quiet and fairly well equipped. Gorgeous walk in the nationalPark and lovely sunny front garden. Ray was a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and authentic cottage in Sorrento. It felt like a true little haven, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The host was very accommodating with check-in times and provided a thorough orientation of the property, which made settling in so easy. The cottage itself is sweet, cozy, and rustic—ideal for anyone looking for an authentic holiday experience on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

We love staying at the house, ray is a fabulous host. The house is close to the walking track that takes you into sorrento , is clean and perfect for a stay any time of year.

Lovely cottage close to the back beach, central to Sorrento Sailing Coûta boat club and the high street. Well equipped with interior decs that bring a smile to your face. Very spacious. A warm welcome from our host with easy & flexible check in and check out. Will stay again!

My favourite beach cottage in Victoria! This is the perfect cottage for a beach getaway on the peninsula. The cottage has a quirky ocean theme with beautiful shell lamps, retro pictures and statues outside. My friends loved the decor and I would imagine children would have a fun time there too. The yard is great for a BBQ or drinks. I always head up to Koonya lookout for a wine and cheese sunset, this is a quick 5 minute walk from the cottage. Koonya beach is a lovely ocean walk and a great hidden gem away from busier beaches. The cottage is only a 50 minute hike to Bridgewater Bay and has access to other hikes, no need to drive, you can walk straight to the tracks from the cottage. It's also a short drive to the Hot Springs, Blairgowrie pier for a dive/snorkel and the Sorrento main strip of restaurants and shops. Ray is great host and has a fountain of knowledge on the peninsula. This is perfect for a relaxing or adventure weekend in a well priced clean beach cottage.

Comfortable getaway..good location.a bit quirky....we enjoyed the front verandah, BBQ and garden, the short walk to the beach. Unusual floor plan works for a family, but lack a little privacy, for older couples.

Great holiday house with lovely owners. It's not five-star but it's perfectly comfortable and full of charm. It's in a great location too. A beautiful, wild surf beach with rockpools is just five minutes walk away.

Tired and needs updating. Why a BNB would have a bring your own sheets and towels these days I don't know.
