KoOlina Luxury Vacation in Paradise!

Great place for our family of 6! Love the location, close to the pool, short walk to beaches. Beautifully decorated. And did I mention there’s a gelato place 3 doors away?! Lots of pool and beach toys!

This three bedroom property is wonderfully located in Ko Olina resort. The house has all the amenities one could ask for in a vacation home with ocean supplies plus a garage is provided. The bedrooms are very comfortable with storage space. The kitchen is well supplied. We were very comfortable in the home during our month stay. This is an ideal location to travel from for various excursions. Mahalo Wanda Wong for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope be returning again to Oahu soon and hope this rental is available.

The home had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was perfect for our visit - just 45 mins to Waikiki, North Shore and West beaches - but plenty to do near the resort.

From the minute we walked in to our rental we knew we would be happy. Clean, spacious, perfectly located with amazing views and considerately stocked with essentials we greatly appreciated after a long travel day. The owners and managers were wonderfully accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Our stay could not have been better and we look forward to becoming repeat guests!

This was our 3rd year visiting Ko Olina for a month with our daughter and her family and our first time at this property. We loved our stay here. The property is walking distance to shopping, restaurants and swimming lagoons. The golf course view from the lanai is beautiful. There are too many amenities to list but I want to mention that there was a wagon we were able to use everyday to make it easy to get the kids and beach supplies to any of the lagoons. Our grandchildren are 1 and 3 and we’re very happy to find so many toys in the garage that they could play with. One of the only drawbacks we found was that there are only 2 grills at the pool. We knew that condos can’t have them in this area and most neighborhoods have added them to their pool areas. There were a couple times we needed to wait for one to open up. It wasn’t a big problem, but it would be nice if they added another one. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a really beautiful property in a beautiful part of the world. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, and from stores. They have everything you might need for a great beach vacation. We really had a lovely time and would love to come back someday! Wanda and Manford are great hosts!!

My family of 5 stayed at Wanda's home during the winter of 2021. We had about as perfect of a stay as we could have imagined. First, the amenities. There is a pool with sandy wade-in 100m away. Our toddlers could swim in the pool and our baby could play in the wade-in part. It was perfect. The nearest Ko Olina lagoon is a 10 min walk away. It is the best beach on Oahu for young children as there are no waves. We saw monk seals often and if you go to Paradise cove there are lots of turtles. There is a shopping area right outside the gate for meals out, small groceries and acai bowls. Second, the house. It really feels like you are staying at Wanda's home and it is obvious that she takes great care of it. We loved the decor of the place as it is in a relaxed, island vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked. We didn't once need something that wasn't provided. There are two outdoor spaces with great furniture that we used a lot. The beds and linens are of good quality and comfortable. The internet is fast and reliable which made working remotely possible. But probably my favourite thing was the outdoor shower. Being able to wash our kids up after the beach and before they went into the house helped us keep it clean and sand free. Third, the host. Wanda was great at communicating. She responded promptly and courteously to questions before and during our stay. She quickly had someone fix a small issue that I think most hosts would've just left alone. We feel very fortunate that we were able to spend our winter at Wanda's home. We plan to return and would recommend this place to all of our family and friends.

This Ko Olina property is well located within the complex and has all of the amenities needed for a very comfortable vacation. It has been our pleasure to stay here several times and always find the unit clean and well equipped. The owners have been terrific to communicate with and clearly care about their home and their renters. Ko Olina is a beautiful place away from the busy Waikiki beaches but within easy reach, by car, of all Oahu locations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, spacious, well-maintained & well-stocked home away from home in beautiful Ko Olina. It is obvious from the moment you step on the property that this vacation home is well cared for and loved. From the beautifully decorated home & landscaping, to the fully stocked & well-organized kitchen & laundry room, there is everything you could ever need to enjoy a peaceful & enjoyable stay in paradise. The garage had beach chairs, snorkelling equipment, a cooler, and beach toys. The pictures on VRBO does not do this home justice. Everything about this home is lovely. We especially enjoyed hanging out on both covered patios. We took advantage of the BBQ and the amazing kitchen and prepared most of our meals at home. It was always such a treat to be able to come home to such a relaxing & comfortable home at the end of a day at the beach or touring the island. The Ko Olina area is the perfect location for a quiet holiday, while still being close to Costco, Target, and Wal Mart, which are only a 10 minute drive away. We visited during spring break and did not have to deal with crowds, like those experienced in Waikiki. The nearest beach (lagoon 1) is only a 5 minute walk. Meanwhile, when we did drive, we did not have trouble securing a parking space at one of the lagoons, however, we were always at the beach by 9:30 am. This is our third time visiting Oahu, our first time staying at Ko Olina, and by far this vacation was the best, a it was largely due to this perfect property at Coconut Plantation. Finally, a review of this propert would not be complete without mentioning the owner, Wanda. From the very first email expressing interest in renting her property to a follow-up email after we returned home, Wanda was always a pleasure to work with. She is quick to respond to emails and she went out of her way (leaving bottled water & fresh noodles for our arrival, making sure there was a snorkeling equipment available so we wouldn't have to pack our own, allowing for a very late check-out) to make sure our stay was perfect. I highly reccommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy an amazing holiday in paradise. Thanks so much Wanda for sharing your home, your piece of paradise with us. (Note: As per contract, renters must pay for any electrical cost over set amount. For 1 month it cost us a lot extra...disappointing, but we did use the AC. If we knew in advance the cost of using the AC we would have used the AC less.
