Stayed Mar 24, 2025We loved the Kokomo house and it's location. The layout was great and the location was amazing, our family would walk out the back door each day right on to the beach. There was plenty of room inside and out, and the kitched was well-stocked with cooking gear so we could make our own meals no problem.Unfortunately, our visit included major cleanliness issues. Pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty, bed linens weren't clean, and one bed was bad enough we had to involve the management company to make some changes. If the house had just been clean, the visit would have been nearly perfect.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Have stayed in southern Alabama multiple times and this was the cleanest home. Love the covered and uncovered back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Very very peaceful.
