Koblegarde's Beach House-Unwind and recharge-Fireplace & Cozy Vibes-Peaceful

We arrived at the house around 6:00 PM to find that the inside was 85°. Upon exploring the house we found about 6 to 7 spiders on the ceiling in their webs, and when I called the property management company, they said that they had no control over the temperature of the house, which I understand, but you think that if you had a booking, you might open all the windows and let some air blow through and cool it down prior to us arriving. We have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and they can’t sleep in that temperature, as expected. The property management company also said that the spiders on the ceiling are “normal“ and that the house was just cleaned the day before. I call foul on this, because after we clean the house immediately following the phone call, no bugs ever came back inside

Exactly like the pictures. Great location to walk to coffee shop in mornings and to the beach. Sunrise and sunset at Haystack rock was beautiful.

Location was great.....walking distance to the beach. House was very clean...Kitchen had everything we needed and electric fireplace was a nice touch.

Location was perfect, rooms were nice and clean. Not very well stocked. Zero shampoo and conditioner (which I feel like is almost expected now), I had to drain the last bit of detergent to do a load of laundry. They had 3 TVs which was nice but they weren’t smart TVs so you couldn’t sign in to any streaming service. They provide a blue ray player but they had zero blue rays to play. If this was 10 years ago and you could easily go to red box and rent something it wouldn’t be a big deal but now of days it seems pretty lame. My experience may have been tainted because I came straight from an excellent rental that had everything you could want. This was not that but overall had a good stay. Would consider staying again but would also look at what else was available.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the fireplace was perfect on a cold rainy day. Short walk to the beach with a view of Haystack rock!

Great location, easy check in.

The house was great and the kitchen was well supplied. The downstairs shower was not draining well and there were some ants on the counter by the stove. We only noticed them after the stove was turned on. Great location as far as getting to the beach. It is right off of Hemlock which can be busy, especially during the summer. It may not be super safe for young kids.

Our stay at this location was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to see the ocean was a very short walk just at the end of the short road. You can see the ocean from the driveway. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed at. A major plus for our family. The grocery store was within walking distance. Would recommend booking here!

It's a great location with off street parking for 2 vehicles. And just a short walk (one block) to the beach and down several stairs, couldn't be easier. Not far from Haystack Rock. The house was clean and comfortable and well equipped. We ate most meals in and found everything we needed. And it's just a few minutes away from the 101 for sightseeing, shopping or whatever.

Nice house but not convenient for disabled people.

We did a lot of exploring during our stay, but also enjoyed some relaxing time in the home. We were able to walk to the beach and around town. We got to see tons of elk and the bunnies!! Super easy check in and check out. Kitchen and family room super cozy. The layout on the main floor was a little cramped (immediately have to go upstairs or into bedroom.) The room with the double beds is literally a garage (still working). It was a quick 3 night trip and location to the beach was great. Too far to walk into town so you have to get to town early to find parking if you plan to do some shopping.

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. The house was lovely and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and to make meals. The neighborhood is beautiful and it is a very short walk to the beach. We saw bunnies every day and there were even some elk visiting our neighborhood. The only downside is that the house borders a fairly busy road, so you do get noise from the traffic. Because of that, it was not ideal to sit on the porch to enjoy coffee, or a cocktail (which may be why there are no comfy chairs on the porch). If that is not a big deal for you, then I would strongly recommend this rental. Everything else was fantastic.

The house is as described, just a short drive into downtown Cannon Beach and a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and in good condition.

This was an easy walk to the beach and the house was perfect for us. Very neat and clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace where we enjoyed chatting with a glass of wine. I would love to stay there again if I go back to Cannon Beach.

Excellent location and setting. Only issue is with the heat. Hot upstairs freezing downstairs but space heaters provided so it was not an inconvenience at all. Lovely home. Would return.

The location of the well-maintained tri-level house offers close access to the beach as well as to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants in the quaint little town of Cannon Beach. The house was scrupulously clean when we arrived, and it has all the modern conveniences of home, including a cozy fireplace that really puts out the heat! One very minor inconvenience with the Internet, which was due to the recent storm which knocked out power citywide, was handled quickly and courteously by the stellar staff members. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and privacy of the beach house. All in all, a highly recommended, lovely place to stay!

Excellent location where you can walk to the beach. A great kitchen w/ big table and couch, plus a bedroom/bath upstairs. Downstairs is bedroom w/ comfy king bed and bath. plus the garage has been changed to a bedroom tha sleeps 3 more. Easy to hang out in this house!

This house is in excellent shape. It is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a block away and Haystack rock and downtown Cannon Beach are within walking distance.

Wasn’t clear that there isn’t air conditioning. However even in August opening the windows cools the house down.
