Kiwi Kasa - mid-island 3/3, next to Publix

Wonderful house & location. Would definitely stay there again!

This property was the cleanest rental I’ve stayed at. The owners were very attentive and gave us a lot of good recommendations. Everything was exactly as marked. And very conveniently located near the beach and grocery store. Checkin was incredibly easy. The owners gave all the directions in one convenient message. Perfect for 6 people.

Where do I begin? Kiwi Kasa is fantastic! The property listing pictures are great, but in person it's even better. :)The communication with the owners was wonderful, and the arrival process was a breeze (and the property is easy to find). The beautiful beaches are easily accessible, and it's a quick 5 minute walk. You do have to cross a road, but the road is not heavily trafficked. As other reviewers have mentioned the owners provide a wagon, beach umbrella, chairs etc, and even have plenty of beach towels. The linen closet also has plenty of regular bath towels. The inside is very well designed and has a modern meets beachy vibe making it very comfortable yet aesthetically pleasing. The owners really did think of everything. I love that there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a bathroom outside, but still very nice. Kiwi Kasa is close to so many things - Downtown Ft. Myers Beach, restaurants, Publix etc. The Islands Pancake House is a short drive away and has phenomenal breakfast and lunch options. We also went to Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf which was so much fun. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Keurig coffee maker. I sat out on the cute deck every morning and drank my coffee. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again.

We came to relax, catch some Red Sox spring training games, see manatees, go to the beach. We got to do all of it. The place is conveniently located next to the grocery store and across from the beach. A great location. The only drawback was the traffic to go into town where the restaurants and bars were.we highly recommend this place!

The Kiwi Kasa was beautiful and very clean. The short walk to the beach was perfect! Publix being a block over was also very convenient. The bikes, wagon and beach chairs made our beach get away worry free! Highly recommend!

I have been staying at this house for years. We were SO excited to see it pop back up on Vrbo with dates available for us this year! The owners have done an amazing job renovating the house post Ian. We will definitely be back next year!

Everything was just as expected! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms, and bedrooms were quiet — we slept great after our busy days. Easy access and close to beach and groceries — all we needed. Kitchen was very nice, and we enjoyed the deck for taking a break between activities. Lots of nice little touches like laundry and dish detergent so we didn’t have to buy much but our food. We had a wonderful time for mom’s/grandma’s birthday bucket list shelling trip.

Close to beach, close to Publix. Large rooms, well maintained. Party of 5 seniors, all liked this place.
