Great for a large family! The pool was a real pool... not just a small puddle. We cooked in a lot... great kitchen and lots of utensils and cooking necessities.

Really love this houseDid notice someone had been rough on travertine entrance floor😞. That’s sad because the foyer is beautiful !! Hope they replace the mattresses. We flipped and rotated them and still rough on our bodies. Other than that it is our favorite house in the Gulf Shores area and we’ll be back next year !!!

The kitchen was very well stocked. The charcoal grill worked well for us. Outside areas are also spacious. The sparkling pool and spa were magnificent. There is plenty of seating in the sun and in the shade. We did not bring our beach chairs. We were going to buy them if needed. But an assortment of beach chairs and pool toys were available. Everyone enjoyed the week at Kiva Grand.

The spaciousness of the home with all of the kitchen necessities, ample sleeping areas, water views and private community provided a memorable vacation. One suggestion is a door on the one bedroom would be nice. We felt the demands upon leaving were very difficult to complete with four families leaving at different times to wash all the towels and straighten the house and do all the dishes were exceptional requests. Also, called regarding the downstairs bathroom and when the man came he said we had fixed it however it continued giving us problems during the stay.

We had 25 people in our family and there is plenty of house to go around. Kitchen is spacious with huge refrigerator and two dishwashers. We did a lot of home-cooked meals, so that was very handy. Plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone. We do have one wheelchair, so the master bedroom on the main floor and the elevator were very accommodating. The kitchen downstairs came in handy for cleaning and frying the fish that was caught. Also had two laundry rooms, which is a necessity for 25 people. The pool was nice and maintained. Hot tub jets did not work, but blowers did and we still enjoyed it. Access to the beach was great and our beach area was not populated, so it was very enjoyable for the family. Only downsides were the construction next door as a new house is being built. They were working on cement and things outside so it was quite loud at times. The front lawn did not look good as there was a ladder laying on the ground and seemed unfinished. Otherwise, house is well maintained other than a few issues with flooring in the back. Great place to stay for large family and accessible. Many things close by to see. Great beach.

This was our first time booking Kiva Grand, and wow, was it just perfect. We had 23 people stay during our visit and EVERYONE had an amazing time. The house was incredible, the views were perfect and the pool was our central gathering spot. We were all very comfortable with sleeping arrangements and we loved the privacy of the en suite bathrooms everywhere. The kitchen is a Chef’s dream (I am one) and there was a lot of storage options for all cold foods, a separate beverage fridge, and an independent ice maker. The staff was very communicative before and during our stay and we were never left wanting for more. We totallly recommend this property and will book again. Thanks!

Beautiful open areas in the house. House is in very good condition- bedding fairly new, which is very important to me. Pool area was great. Just needs some sprucing up outdoors - but your money was well spent inside this fantastic house. Elevator is a big plus in this 3 story house. We’ll be back as our entire family enjoyed staying in your home. Not crazy about washing towels though - never been requested to do that and pay a healthy cleaning fee. Thank you for sharing your home on the beach !!!
