Stayed Oct 11, 2025Great location, hosts, very nice house. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Peaceful location with easy access to town. Plenty of space. Walking into the forest out back was wonderful. Two concerns that made this a 4. rather than a 5. (Really I we wish to give it a 4.5).1. Very uneven stone paving out back so if you have family whom are unsteady it will be an issue. If not then no issue, the back yard is really nice. 2. The lighting in the house is very dim. Some rooms just too dark to see anything (like your clothes in your suitcase). kitchen lights are good enough. We have rented about 30 houses in 20 years in Tahoe and this is one of the nicest but definitely the worse from a lighting perspective. 3. We would definitely rent again if they fixed the lighting issue.

Stayed Nov 13, 2025Really nice house to stay, and very quick response all the time! We really enjoyed the whole time there, it close to the lake, markets, restaurants and others, really convenient place. Also what we really like is every room has its full bathroom. And we had a lot of fun moments when we played pool, big plus! Thanks for hosting us!
