Kingston Home w/ Pickleball: Steps to Lake Texoma!

My family and I stayed through New Year in the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in on Lake Texhoma. My mother, brothers, sister, wife, children and all the cousins and grand cousins had an amazing time playing pool, ping pong, cards and board games inside and pickleball plus a great firepit outside. We cooked breakfast on the blackstone and had plenty of room to bake butter braid breads and pies in the double oven.The beds were very comfortable and we spent hours hanging out on the large back porch. The owners are very kind and accommodating plus they are close and available if you need them. PS. the Christmas lights were beautiful.

We rented the house for a family get-together and birthday celebration. The layout of the house and the amenities (pool table, ping pong table) as well as the outdoor spaces (pickleball, fire pit) were all very well suited for our group.

An easy 5 stars from us on both houses. So much to do and the grounds/house have everything you could ever think you might need. Pictures on website are spot on, first rental for us without exaggerations. WiFi was spotty but I am sure that was due to the area and not the property. After the first day no noticed and we were outside most of the time.Shan and his wife are close by and very nice. We didn't have any issues, but they were kind enough to come over at the last minute to take a group photo.

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 14. Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

This property was fantastic for our family gathering! The kitchen/house was well stocked with everything we needed. We all loved the ease of access to the pool and pickleball courts. The kids just rotated in and out all day! Lake access was nice. We used the fire pit more than once. Double sinks were super helpful in the bathrooms. Game tables were great! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It is nice that they live on site. The pool and property were very well maintained, more than other places we have stayed. Appliances all worked. Note that the bunk room can only be accessed by walking through another bedroom. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Other than that everything was perfect! We would DEFINITELY stay again! Absolutely one of the best our large family has stayed in!

We stayed here for a college sorority reunion. What a great decision! The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has so many extras. The best stocked kitchen I've ever seen at a VRBO. The pool area is amazing! The hosts could not have been nicer or more accomodating. We will definitely be back!

This was by far the nicest house we have ever rented. The owners are wonderful, everything is even better than the photos, beds are very comfortable. You will not be disappointed.

What was a little slice of heaven off Lake Texoma! We booked both houses for a girls weekend away to play pickleball and were so impressed with the whole experience! The house is so well organized, so clean and meticulous, and has everything you need. There is so much space inside with still room for seating, pool table, ping pong, and poker table. The backyard space with the multiple fire pits, lighted pickleball, and the wonderful seated teepee was beyond our expectations! The couple who owns it was so hospitable and answered all our questions and were just so wonderful to meet! The lake is an easy 5 minute walk! Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

This property is perfect for big families. It has everything you need.

Great house with plenty of space and good communication! Kitchen is well stocked, and double ovens were great. It is a couple of blocks to the lake, but an easy walk or drive. With the layout, the upstairs bedrooms are a bit loud if people don’t go to bed at the same time. But nothing earplugs or a sound machine can’t fix.

Exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous home. Equipped with everything you need and more. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had our 24th year family reunion there and it was wonderful. Every evening, our family engaged in some of the activities that was provided. It included, Pickle Ball, swings, children's area, a TeePee that our kids loved to put on a show in, conversation areas, and then when it got dark, we went inside to continue with board games, pool, and ping pong! They are so well equipped in all activities. Also, the kitchen amenities are very well stocked, and it is always very clean and things are so inviting. We love it there and hope to continue to go there for a long time!!

This place is the perfect property for our large family to gather for our Christmas in July reunion.

We are a group of 15 so finding accommodations is not easy. This place was perfect. Great parking, house was spacious, game room area kept us all entertained. The property has extra outdoor space that is shared with the house next door. We held our first family Pickleball tournament! The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great property. You’ll love it!!!

Our extended family of 23 (13 adults and 10 kids) loved this home! There is a great selection of comfortable bedroom options - ranging from king bed to bunk room. All the bedrooms have a private bath. We appreciated the many activities available - the lake, pickleball, fire pit, playground, pool table, ping pong, poker table and a game cabinet. Hosts also have a pack n play and high chair available in addition to a well equipped kitchen.

A great time had by my family. Great comfortable house. Well definitely be using this rental again.
