Beautiful home and can't wait to stay again

Great stay for a group of friends on a golf trip. Place was as advertised - clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Shannon was amazing with communication, and gave great suggestions and advice along the way. Probably the best VRBO I have stayed in.

Wonderful place during a difficult time coming into town to bury my Aunt. Great place to lay our head for the few days we were there not a typical beach vacay.

The property was great and exactly what we were looking for. We went for a guys golf weekend. There are two courses less than a mile away and great access to many other venues short distances away.The house was in great condition, as advertised. Plenty of stuff available in the kitchen. We played cornhole under the house when it was raining outside, it was great to still be able to be outside even on a rainy day! I would note that it is walkable to get to the beach but if you have many things to carry, you would probably want to drive the half mile and use the public beach access parking as it would be a little far to carry a lot. That wasn't really a problem for my group but just FYI.The host was extremely responsive as well to a few simple requests and was very easy to get in touch with. Price was very reasonable for what you are getting.Overall highly recommend.

This place is amazing. Very clean, very accommodating, and felt like home. The beds are comfortable. They have games to keep you entertained. The firepit was amazing to have outside on the cool day. Definitely a home away from home.

Need a place to stay with four friends seen it looked clean and it was very clean very comfortable. It turned out to be a real good stay for what we needed.

This property was absolutely perfect for our short stay. We even walked to the beach. My family agreed we need to do this again when we have a longer time to stay.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Kings on Madison! The house was exactly as described and our communication with Shannon could not have been any better. She answered all of our questions so quickly and even gave us a call to ensure our check in was smooth. It was just such a lovely touch. I couldn’t recommend this property more! We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this well maintained and cozy home! Easy access to the beach and close to Barefoot Landing! The touch stay app the host uses has all of the information you’ll need in one place at your fingertips! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We stayed for a softball tournament with family and friends. The place was clean and better than described. The king size beds and rooms were super cozy and clean. Great parking and lots of room and ammenities. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would definately return for our next visit.

Wow wow!! Where do I start. From the beginning from booking to check-in and check out host Shannon was the absolute best. Very accommodating and patient. The home was very neat and clean and nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very quiet. Home is very spacious for a small family. We have eight adults with us and we’re very comfortable. Will definitely reserve this location again in the future. Top tier!!

I have stayed at many rental properties ( VRBO and Air B&B) in the past and this place is far superior to any other place that I have stayed. Extremely clean, plenty of bed pillows which was wonderful, large house, large bedrooms. The entire home seemed to be newly renovated. Plenty of parking! Make sure everyone in your party knows the door code because it will automatically lock you out after a few minutes. This is a good safety feature though for people who may forget to lock the doors. Book this house! You will not regret it!
