Central to biking and walking tracks and with the Wanaka Districts Club (restaurant & bar) around the corner where you can enjoy a beverage in the sunny beer garden, you will have everything you need to soak in all Wanaka has to offer.

There are four spacious bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and wardrobe. One bedroom is found downstairs with the remaining three upstairs.

The kitchen has everything necessary for making meals which can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table.

If the days or nights get chilly, a heat pump in the kitchen will quickly heat the place, alternately light the wood fire to create the perfect ambience. The lounge has lots of comfortable seating with a smart TV, making for a very cosy setting.

Located downstairs there is a bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet along with a laundry. Upstairs has its own shower and toilet.

This cute home is only a 7-minute walk into the town center where there is a fantastic cinema, great shops and many delicious eateries.
