This second-floor unit is situated above a detached garage and reached by an interior staircase. Guests have full use of the unit and private 1-car garage, while the owners' locked 2-car garage is off-limits. The space also includes a private gated patio entrance with sidewalk access from Orange Street, located across from the Pleasant Run Trail. Convenient self check-in via smart keypads!

The garage fits most SUVs and minivans, but oversized vehicles may find the space too tight and will need to utilize free street parking instead. And if you plan to charge your EV in the garage, don't forget your portable charging cable!



*Important Note: this unit is located on the 2nd floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs to access. It sits above a garage bay, so guests may occasionally hear the owners’ garage doors opening and closing.
