Stayed Jan 2, 2026The King Street House was 5 stars! A cozy little house perfect for our girls weekend. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The beds were so comfortable and the house was so quiet! Would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Property is poorly maintained, both inside and out. Photos do not accurately represent the current state of rental. Location is close to downtown. Odor of wet dog was prominent the entire stay throughout house.

Stayed May 23, 2024Everything was awesome except when two couples are staying there is no public bathroom downstairs and there's only one TV downstairs. The couple staying upstairs will have to use the other couple's bathroom or go upstairs. We worked everything out.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Our team came from Charlotte to participate in the Beaufort Dragon Boat Festival. Several of us stayed in the townhome. It was great to be so close to everything that I didn't get in my car from the time we got here until we left for home. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely rent it again next year for the festival if it's available.

Stayed Aug 6, 20231219 King St in Beaufort is a great place to stay if you need multiple room options and want to be close to downtown. 2/3 bedrooms have their own shower and the entire place is clean and very home/like. The only drawback for us was the inability to block out the outside light. All the window treatments in this property were white and allowed in all the ambient light
