Stayed Nov 8, 2025Unfortunately this host cares NOTHING for their guests amd prefers profit over people. We booked a one night stay 9 months in advance. The owner, a week before our vacation, decided to rent out the very same property to another guest, thus switching us to a less than desirable property with promoses of early entry and no charge for the heated pool. Upon arrival at 11:30 (early chek in was 9am) the cleaners were still there, barring our entry until noon. Once we were allowed inside, the main bathrrom toilet handle was broken, the closet door to the laundry fell off its hinges, the second bedroom blinds were broken, only one of three tv's were operationaland the shower had hair and hair ties in the shower pan. This experience has more than made me doubt the quality of homes available on VRBO and i will be thinking twice before booking with them again. Do not ever, EVER rent from this host.

Stayed Aug 31, 2025Booked this 5/23/25 (3 months ago). We never received any notifications in those 3 months except our receipt when we paid. Text messaged multiple times asking for information on how to check in with no response. Had to kill 6 hours until check in time, pulled into the driveway at 4pm and noticed a vehicle parked there already. Called the owners only to find out that the owner had double booked the house and never communicated with us to let us know. We had to find a place to stay at 5 pm. We came clear across the country thinking we had a place to stay. Very disappointed with the communication and double booking. I really love Vrbo and have never had an issue, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth. Only good thing is we were fully refunded.
