Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint is that we could have used more help with our luggage when checking in & out. We were moving & on a road trip so we had more than usual. I might also suggest a little wagon to pull luggage down the dirt trails.We had a great time!!

It’s perfect for a couple’s getaway. Nice and close to the beach too.

This house is so cute. The location is perfect, very quiet. It backs up to green space and you can walk to the lake easily on trails. Across from the pool. Not accessible if you can’t climb stairs. Bathroom is up. We had a great time. Quick walk to the beach & town too.

The location is absolutely perfect, especially for morning walks to get coffee in Seaside, or to Watercolor for lunch.

Cottage was very convenient to beach and very well appointed. the dishwasher was a real plus.

We were in town for a wedding in Watercolor, and this cottage in seaside was everything we could have needed and more. Small, but more than enough for just 2 of us who were barely in the house. Location in Seaside is so convenient to all the shops/restaurants, and the Watercolor neighborhood too.

Cottage is small but fine for a couple. One bathroom upstairs with sink open to the bedroom. Tiny tv downstairs. Lots of natural light.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walked in and has slapped in the face with Pine Sol smell, which we found was used to try to cover the mildew smell. This house has moisture issues that needs to be addressed. Shower curtain had some pink algae and the shower ceiling and some grout was moldy. The couch downstairs had a faint smell of urine. Other than that, the location was great. I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble climbing steps, as this is a tight spiral upstairs. Balcony upstairs was nice but no place to sit. Downstairs benches outside were dirty to sit on.
