King Cottage in downtown Meridian

The home is very pleasant and inviting. I was greatful to have a full kitchen to prepare my food. It was very nice and clean, much quieter than a hotel. Almost all the comfort of home available. My only disappointment was no Cable TV. How in today's day and age do you not have this to enjoy live sports? Other than the lack of no cable TV, I would have found myself staying here again in a heartbeat.

Great property, very nice owner, fun surrounding area

The house was clean and welcoming. Maria was easy to communicate with when we had questions. The property is perfectly located within walking distance to Meridian Speedway.

This was a great home! The house was extremely clean and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom had lots of towels and the drawers were labeled for convenience with extra towels, toilet paper & hair dryer. The host was very nice and friendly in communicating with us. Everything was great and we would definitely recommend staying here. The only thing I would suggest bringing for your stay would be some comfy socks or slippers as the living room floor did get chilly in the morning.

Excellent communication by host, very clean and comfortable accommodations.

This was a really nice property in many ways. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. Maria was very helpful, including dropping off some batteries for the TV remote. The downside for us and reason we would not stay here again is traffic noise. King Street is a pretty quiet little street. But there is a very busy main road just 2 blocks away. We could hear traffic in the night and especially during rush hour.

Such a sweet little cottage. Everything we needed and more. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to downtown Meridian. We look forward to returning next year.

Great location for attending a concert at Ford Center. Very clean home with all the conveniences we appreciated for a short stay. Comfortable beds and good shower. Easy check-in. Initially the code didn’t work and the owner called us a we stood at the door to give us a new code. Would definitely stay again.

The small house was just perfect for my husband and myself. We were very pleased.

Stayed at Maria's place for a wedding trip. Loved the location. Easy walk to downtown bars and restaurants in Meridian. Cozy home with plenty of space for three of us. Would definitely recommend! Maria was super responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is within walking distance of the main street area. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect little house for an overnight or much longer. We loved the plush carpet, comfy beds & extra pillows. Very quiet at night. Would gladly return. If I stayed longer I’d walk to explore the cute ‘main street’ nearby.

This adorable cottage was perfect for our quick trip to Boise! Check in and Check out was smooth and efficient. Maria was top notch with communication which is top of my must list when considering returning to any VRBO property..The cottage itself was CLEAN and surely felt like a home away from home. Have already added this cottage to our list of VRBO favorites!
