Our west side town home, close to Ft. Riley, K-State, NBAF, MHK Airport, and Colbert Hills will provide you with a safe, clean, and sanitary stay that offers a 1 car garage and an external entrance with a smart lock that allows for no contact check in and check out. At the intersection of Kimball/Scenic and Anderson the location offers easy access to the surrounding areas, with Colbert Hills just down the street that will take you straight to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, Bramlage Colosseum, and NBAF. Anderson will take you straight to Westloop, Kansas State university, and then Aggieville and Scenic provides direct access to the MHK airport and Ft. Riley. With out being directly on top of anything, it provides great access to all the local draws.

We also believe that small details can make a big difference in your experience, which is why we provide Charmin Ultra Soft toilet paper, Dove body was, and quality shampoo and conditioner for our guests to use during their stay. We want you to feel pampered and at home during their stay.
Our smart locks allow for 24-hour contact-free-check-in and check-out, giving you the flexibility to arrive and depart on your own schedule. We provide each guest with a unique code that is only valid during their stay, ensuring their safety and convenience.
We know that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to ensure that our guests have piece of mind when booking their stay with us. As such, there is travel insurance offered on some of the booking sites. If it is available, you will see the option(s) at the time of checkout, as well as information on the policy. Any questions about the policies need to be directed to the provider, as it is a third party service that we cannot answer for. We want you to feel confident when booking your stay with us, knowing that you have protection.

**House Rules**
We want all welcome you to our short-term rental! To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests, we have established the following rules:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping and any other smoking related products. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a cleaning fee and will be asked to leave without refund. Where smoking is allowed outside of a property, dispose of all butts into something safe and place in the exterior trash cans. Do not bring the butts back into the unit to throw away.
Parties are not allowed on the property at any time. Our rental is located in a residential area and we expect our guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
We have a strict maximum occupancy limit, which is clearly stated in our listings. Guests who exceed this limit will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Please ask any questions related to gatherings prior to booking, as we follow our stated cancellation policies.
To ensure the safety and security of our guests, we have installed noise and occupancy monitors as well as exterior cameras. These devices are intended to detect excessive noise levels, occupancy over the maximum allowed limit, and any unusual activity outside the rental. Tampering with these devices is strictly prohibited, and guests who do so will be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet hours are between 9 P.M. and 7 A.M. unless otherwise stated.
Pets are not allowed on the property without prior approval. Guests who bring pets without approval may be asked to leave without a refund. If the unit is listed as no pets, then no pets are allowed. If pets are allowed, what kind of pets and how many are allowed will depend on the property and pet waste needs to be picked up and placed in a sealed container/bag before disposing of it in an exterior trash can. Do not bring pet waste back into a unit. Any additional costs for cleaning or picking up after pets will be charged back to guests.
Please note that you will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement outlines all of our policies and procedures and will be sent to you electronically upon booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement may cause your reservation to be forfeited and your booking my be cancelled without a refund. By booking our rental, you agree to review and sign the rental agreement in a timely manner. A copy of the rental agreement can be found on the Complete BnB property management website if you want to look at it first.

Rated 4 star’s overall as the property has potential and good communication from owner. This property was clean, but not necessarily well maintained. Outside lights not working, carpet needs repair, shingles on roof and others on ground in back yard. No hand towels, bath towels or wash clothes, or bath mats in bathrooms. Master bedroom is large and bed is very firm. Queen bed was good, twin beds had cheap mattress. This is a good rental for any weekend not on a ksu football weekend. Prices are way too high on football weekends for location and accommodations. Good communication from owner.
Stayed here with my family while in town for a football game. Everything went smoothly. Would stay here again.
This property was a great place to stay. We came into town to visit a family member. It was the perfect location for what we needed. House was very clean. Automatic checkup worked great. Would recommend this property.

This was our first time renting an Air b &b. And it turned out great! It was such a easy in and out process! Loved having the extra space vs a hotel room! Property was clean and location was great for what we needed. The only thing I would say is we are a family of 6 so I would have liked to have towels and washcloths for the entire family. But we did come prepared with a few of own but other than that I would totally stay there again while visiting family!
The reason we had to be there, weren't so great, but it was good to have our own space family could visit and people could just decompress from the events of our stay.
Really nice place, this was our 3rd time coming to Manhattan and the cleanest and nicest place yet.. would stay again!!!
We came with our boat to do a fishing weekend with our son stationed at Fort Riley. It was a quick visit. The only issue I had was there was one couch in front of the tv and it wade it a little squished when we wanted to chill and watch a movie after a day on the lake. But other than that the bed I slept in was very comfortable. I would also recommend hanging light blocking drapes in the bedroom so sleeping in is nicer…
The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbors were very friendly and the location was only 10 minutes or less from Fort Riley. We enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful stay with our son who had been deployed for almost a year. We took a walk to a nearby park that had some trails to hike. The townhouse was roomy with 3 large bedrooms. I would recommend this place it was perfect for us.
