The kitchen was amazing and had everything needed to cook all meals for a large family. The home was in a perfect location with only a quick walk to the beach, pool/play area, and shops. We have visited Carillon many times before, and Kindness Matters has been our favorite home to rent! Highly recommend.

Finally, with the age of my grandkids, the close location to the downtown area and Village Green was a real plus. Kids loved getting treats from both the cafe and General Store and the moms loved walking for coffees. My daughter said it was her favorite house to date.

Home was beautiful ,spacious, comfortable , clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed the easy beach access and would recommend this property. The HOA in Carillon does a fantastic job in keeping this community quiet , clean and safe.

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling, it was nice having beach towels so we didn't have to travel w/them and the proximity to the beach was great! We really enjoyed having a lake view and spent our mornings having breakfast on the porch. The outdoor fireplace was great to have at night (spring break weather is always unpredictable). Couldn't have really wanted anything else. We love this community and loved the house just as much! Grocery store was super convenient and we enjoyed driving to other communities on 30A but having a smaller, less crowded community to come home to! The beach was not crowded like we've seen in other areas of 30A and it was nice having the chairs and umbrellas! We hope to come back for another stay in this same house again! We loved everything about this house. It was perfect in every way. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each room had its on bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The living space is very comfortable for games and conversations! We will rent this house again!

Thank you, Karen and Eric!The house was wonderful! Super clean, spacious and charming.A lot of rentals say they have a stocked kitchen and end up short. I was pleased with all they had. Ample pots and pans, multiple cutting boards, plenty of plates...the beverage fridge and separate ice machine was a very nice bonus!In addition, the house came with plenty of towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. We took advantage of all the community had to offer. We shopped the shops, ate the food, drank the wine, rode the bikes, attended the concerts, used the pools, played the courts, and loved the beach.We are thankful for a great trip. We'll be back again soon!
