Killington Big House: Largest Vacation Rental in Killington

We have an annual family gathering and needed enough bedrooms and space for all .could not have more pleased to find everything we needed.Parking, hot tubs, 2 kitchens, 3 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators and the perfect size dining space. So perfect we are hoping to return next year.

We had an awesome stay at the Killington Big House. The space is exactly as advertised—huge, clean, and perfect for a group trip. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas to hang together.The mountain views were a major highlight, especially in the morning and at sunset. Location-wise, it’s super convenient—easy access to the slopes and everything around Killington, which made getting to and from skiing seamless.The house itself was well-maintained and stocked with the essentials, and the host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay.If I had one minor note, it would be [insert small critique if you want—e.g., parking, check-in timing, etc.], but overall it didn’t take away from the experience.Would absolutely recommend for large groups looking for a fun, comfortable ski weekend spot. We’d definitely come back.

Host is very accommodating and thoughtful, not just with the house but also helping with logistics such as early check in or late check out given recent winter weather. Convenient location that fits our 4 families easily, along with 2 hot tubs which are great- 1 for kids and 1 for adults. Would definitely go back again.

Our stay at Killington Big House (KBH) was absolutely incredible! The KBH property management team was super responsiveness, accommodating, and informative. Especially as we were traveling during a winter storm and in constant communication. Our group was 22 people and the house was massive - enabling us to spread out as well as gather together in common areas. The house itself is pristine and has every amenity imaginable! Ample bedrooms and hang out space (grand room, game room, etc.). Plenty of bathrooms for any number of guests, two hot tubs, a study with every game for guests to play! The multiple parking areas was extremely useful for large groups and coordinating travel to and from the mountain. The kitchens were outstanding with enough dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. Additionally, having multiple of appliances (coffee pots, crock pots, microwaves, etc.), fridges (3), dishwashers (3), ovens, etc. made the cooking experience feel like you were in a commercial kitchen. We absolutely recommend booking KBH for large group trips who are looking to visiting the area (especially Killington) and are anxiously looking forward to returning for future stays!

What a beautiful and spacious house! Everything is super clean; kitchens (there are two!) are well stocked. Every bedroom has access to a bathroom is super convenient. Play space keeps kids entertained all nights.

This place was exactly as listed! It was really comfortable for all 25 people. The amount of space and activities made it super fun for everyone. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a group trip and would love to do this again next year.

Great place, stayed multiple years and was very clean on arrival this year

We had a group of 24 ranging in age from 1 to 73. There was lots of space for everyone to get together and also space for anyone who wanted a quiet place to hang out. The Timber Chalet side of the house allowed a couple of families with young children to put kids to bed away from the main lodge where noise did carry from one floor to the next. The kitchens were very well equipped with cooking equipment and plenty of dishes to serve our crowd. We appreciated having multiple dishwashers and four trash bins. There was plenty of table space for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The linens and towels were high quality. The hot tubs were running and ready for use. The air hockey, ping-pong, foosball and arcade game were all in working condition. There is a large level area for outdoor play along with a hillside with a fire pit at the top. There is a long swing attached to a tree that the kids enjoyed. There is ample parking The one problem we had was not receiving the door code in advance. We were locked out upon arrival with no cell service to call for assistance. Fortunately, someone showed up to let us in about 15 minutes later. We knew we would have no cell service and had requested the code in advance so this was a frustrating start to our stay. It would be very helpful if the listing included a floorplan showing the beds in each room so room assignments could be worked out in advance. All in all highly recommended. FYI there was a bear in the yard one evening.

We had another amazing stay at the Killington Big House for our 4 family group ski trip! The house was clean, comfortable, and so much fun. Couldn’t be happier with it and look forward to staying there again next year!

Gathered 26 friends for a yearly get together. Ample space and beds made it a great stay!

This is our 6th year at the Big House. Our family weekend is as usual most enjoyable. The Big House was clean and all the facilities worked fine. The kitchens were well used and all equipment were in great shape. It is very comfortable with towels and blankets always available. We are looking forward to 2025 and another great weekend at the Big House.

The house was perfect for hosting our annual golf trip. Plenty of room for everyone. Very close to Green Mountain National golf course.

The property was nice and the house was big and spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms better than the pictures. The house was well- supplied. We had some issue and the managers responded quickly. We would go back!!!

This gigantic house was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 12 kids, with plenty of room to spend time together and also to have alone time when we needed it. Tons of seating at multiple dining tables and couches, and cooking (and cleaning up after) giant meals was easy in the two large kitchens with three dishwashers. We definitely appreciated the generous amount of tableware provided. The summer weather was perfect for the kids to play outside, and a few of us even spotted some black bears nearby (at a safe distance!). Really no complaints at all - we would stay again in a heartbeat!
