Stayed Aug 18, 2025Really enjoyed our stay at the property - just wish it had been longer!! We definitely enjoyed the pool and spa and Carrie was kind enough to provide inflatables geared towards younger kids. Our toddler also enjoyed the playground area. Indoors, everything smelled fresh and clean. We did notice several small ants when we arrived - probably due to the heat and humidity. I messaged Carrie and she responded right away by placing ant gel along the outside wall of the property to stop them from entering. Laundry on premises was very helpful. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Everything we could ask for in a vacation rental stay with little ones (baby - 6yo). The pool and toys were a huge hit. Carrie was a great host, responsive and attentive.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025I had a conference in the area so the whole family (including three kids under 5) came along. The house was great for the whole family! Excellent accommodation for all the kids. Great communication with the host through the stay.

Stayed Dec 17, 2022This was a great spot to stay with our then 9 month old! Tons of toys, multiple crib options for the baby, full kitchen. There was even a nespresso machine which really helped this tired mom! The neighborhood was very quiet and there was plenty of parking in the spacious driveway. Host was EXCEPTIONAL and even helped us with a few special requests during our stay. We only regret that we didn’t make the time to check out the pool and hot tub!

Stayed Jul 20, 2023Our stay at Carrie's house was amazing! She had everything we needed for a couple of toddlers and older children. I wish I would have known how much was already at the house, I wouldn't have packed half the things that I did! She really did think of everyhing. The house was very clean, the pool was clean and the neighborhood is a very quiet and family friendly! Carrie was very helpful and nice and she even brought donuts for our kids one more morning! I would stay here again if we came to visit again!

Stayed Dec 8, 2022It's rare to find a house that is as perfect for children as this one. No need to bring toys, especially awesome if you're flying in, as we did. The hot tub was wonderful for everyone as well! It's huge! The owner is incredibly nice and helpful, which made our experience smooth and we felt very welcome. A few things that made our stay a bit challenging, such as the walls being paper thin and sound really carries between the rooms (sound machines mostly helped), also the fire place area was a bit treacherous for our very littles and it could benefit from securing of the fireplace screen. Definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling with children!!

Stayed Nov 23, 2022We had the best time staying at Carrie's house in San Diego! The house comfortably fit our family of 9 (six adults and 3 kids, two being babies). We were close to the airport, zoo, and Sea World, plus great restaurants. Carrie was a lifesaver, providing a double stroller, extra high chair, and having two full size cribs for my twins. The kids loved the pool, and we can't wait to return. Everyone had a great time! One thing that makes this stick out if traveling with little ones is the backyard. It's a great and fun space. The pool is fenced off separately from the rest of the yard which makes it much more relaxing to be able to bbq and hang out outdoors after pool time without the little ones having access to the water. This house is now the top of my list for traveling with kids to San Diego, Carrie is a wonderful host that truly cares, make sure to follow her on I G kids paradise San Diego, there are videos from the 3 homes she has. Amazing home.
